Unique hotel in excellent, convenient locationPosted Apr 18, 2015
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I booked it on the spur of the moment as I had an unexpected stopover in London and was looking for something near to the train/underground station. It was literally RIGHT across the street and super easy to find due to its unique exterior. The atmosphere was very trendy and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and our room was large by London standards and comfortable. The bedding was comfy, the view was great, the bathtub was deep and inviting. My only negative about this hotel was that it was a bit noisy at night as our room faced the main road--this was the tradeoff for the great view of St. Pancras Station, so I just turned up the waterfall on my iphone a bit and all was well.

Perfect service!Posted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: The staff, its beauty and modernity, the wi-fi
Cons: Nothing that I can think of
Location: Near King's Cross so there is plenty to see and do.
The hotel staff were so kind -- I needed a quieter room and they gladly moved me to a different room that was actually bigger, free of charge. The rooms are extremely nice, modern, and updated -- at the price is great! It's so close to King's Cross station - literally a few feet away! I'd definitely recommend it for one night or even longer.

Great boutique hotelPosted Mar 9, 2015
Location: St Pancras and Kings Cross within 1 minute.
A stones throw from St. Pancras international, perfect location. Great independent feel, and quirky design. Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Ultra Mod Apartment in Heritage BuildingPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Quality of accomodation
Cons: Tell people it's a different building. An explanatory booklet should be provided
Location: See above
This hotel has apartments in a separate building. They should make it clearer in the advertising that it's a two minute walk from the hotel facilities. The apartment was in a beautiful heritage building on a lovely London square, yet only two minutes walk to Kings Cross station. The regenerated area is full of restaurants, bars and pubs. The apartment is finished to a high standard and includes a kitchen area on one side of the lounge/diner. Separate bedroom and luxurious bathroom with walkin shower, bath and double sink. The modern waterfall taps are very stiff to operate and if turned full on, cover you in water. For the expensive price they charge this should be fixed, and it really should not have a broken part on the toilet seat. Therre is no explanation as to how to use the Sky or the aircon, and nothing to say when the hotel bar and restaurant are open. a booklet with useful information really should be a given in this class of accommodation. Free wifi is fast and works well. The outside door, supposedly worked by the apartment keycard, was open all the time. This is a security risk. With the minor negatives, all in all it's a lovely apartment in a great area, convenient to local amenities and a short cab/Tube/bus ride from the centre of the London action.

Nice hotel but not for familiesPosted Feb 20, 2015
The Megaro is a very good looking hotel, clean and well kept. However, we booked a family room for four of us, our kids were to share a sofa bed which was really a 3/4 bed not quite big enough for them so they did not have a good night. We were only staying one night which was bearable, all in all it is a nice hotel but expensive and not great for families of more than three.

Great boutique hotel in the center of London.Posted Feb 15, 2015 on Hotels.com
A very good location for a business trip and tourism. Across from King's Cross station, it is perfect for finding taxis quickly, jumping on the tube, or grabbing a train to travel outside the city. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel, great staff, clean room, and easy access to good food. I would stay here again.

Good hotel, close to St Pancras and Kings Cross.Posted Feb 5, 2015
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and very well equipped. I particularly liked the coffee machine!
Cons: Nothing apart from the air conditioning!
Location: The location is excellent, lots of restaurants and the British Library.
The room was lovely, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work during the coldest nights of the year. The staff were very sympathetic, offered us another room and more heaters. We were offered a complimentary breakfast as a result. The restaurant is very pleasant and the staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is in an excellent location for St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston. Despite the problems with the air conditioning, I would be happy to recommend this hotel and stay here again.
