Nice hotel conveniently located within a couple of minutes of Euston station. The hotel overlooks an open space and is very quiet. The bedrooms were of a generous size (for London) with clean and modern fittings. Continental breakfast was good with a nice choice available and a very pleasant and helpful waitress

Great little hotel steps away from King's X St. P
Comfortable (firm) beds and quiet, considering it's in the heart of London. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

This is by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the rooms are HORRIBLE, dirty, noisy, smells. Not only I will never, under any circumstance go back to that hotel, I will like to prevent other people to go there.

Last choice 2 nights top
Beds: I had to sleep on a cover, otherwise I had such back pain that I wouldn't fall asleep. Old and used. One bathroom per floor, each with 8? Rooms and 3 beds in each. Location :good Everything is old and used, window doesn't close properly, heating was turned off, I'm still recovering.

we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Please note that there are 7 rooms which share the toilets & showers and only 2 rooms have 3 beds. Also, the heating is controlled in each bedroom, clear instructions are listed in the rooms

Mixed bag but great location near Kings Cross
the location of the hotel was very convenient for me and the price was pretty good, given the location. I found the reception area to be tired and in need of cleaning .... or even better, redecoration. the bedroom was functional, clean and adequate, though I did find the single bed quite narrow. the shower also was very small and would probably not be suitable for larger people. I didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on it.

The property was particularly well positioned to the train and underground station and still in Zone 1 for the Oyster card system. The property was in a traditional building, intimate and up a side road opposite a small park. It was lovely and quiet at night and felt very safe.

This is a decent small hotel in a very convenient location close to major transport links. The hotel has basic but comfortable rooms which are serviced daily. The breakfast available was good. The staff were always helpful and pleasent.

It's a very basic hotel. As with most small European hotels, the rooms are tiny and there's no elevator, no in-room fridge or microwave. But it was clean, water is hot, and room is quiet. All just off of a major street, metro/train station.

Staff availability great, late check in was available. Quiet place, rooms very well organised. USB plugs very useful. Weather was hot, a fan was already in the room. Cleaned the room and restocked even on a Sunday! Great location 5 minute walk to tube. Would definitely stay again.

Good: Very clean with all the stuff you need in a room. Helpful staff. Although you can se Kings X it is very quiet. Downside: Small room and after a warm drizzly day in London, very hot and humid night. Conclusion: Great location, I would stay there again (up to two nights) but not in summer months

Its okay
Very limited interaction with the staff except when checking in and the lady on the desk was very polite. Communal areas are a bit grubby but the room itself was very nice. Room was basic with just a bed , tv dressing table and a built in wardrobe that is so tall you cant reach the additional pillow or blanket without standing on a chair! Perfect for a one night trip and the proximity to kings cross st pancras is a definite bonus. Also when booking, check that it's ensuite as some rooms are a shared bathroom.

Centrally located and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple and good. Rooms small but clean. Beds a bit uncomfortable. For what we needed it was excellent. It if want fancy then you will want to choose another hotel. Thanks for a problem feee stay!

Flashback to mid-20th century Britain. Old-school hand written bill on checkin, climb four flights of narrow sloping and creaking stairs to a small room. No space to open a suitcase other than on the bed itself and just about enough room to walk around it. Strong clean shower but thin walls reveal neighbour’s conversations and movements. Basic and bargain continental breakfast.
