Millenium shows considerable improvementPosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Customer recognition; facilities and location.
Cons: Internet does not work well in some rooms-and it should be free!
Location: Excellent and safe part of London with plenty of shops, restaurants and a nice local pub.
My recent stay at this hotel suggested considerable improvement. They recognised my guest history-something they have struggled with for many years and the front desk seems to be a lot more efficient and helpful. I would now stay again after a spell away for some time.

Great stay.Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Location. Friendly staff at check in/out.
Cons: The bath plug was attached with a paper clip. Although it still functioned this does take away from the overall luxury feel.
Location: 5 mins walk to the Nat History, Science and V&A museum and 10 mins to Knightsbridge. A stones throw from the tube with all main attractions accessible
Lovely, helpful staff on the front desk. We were on the 7th floor in a great room. The hotel is just across from the tube which is fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit London!

Pleasant PlacePosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Nice lobby and hotel bar
Cons: The rooms themselves were small and kind of dingy - and WAY too hot at night
Location: Location is good - close to Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods - Glouchester Road tube station very near
It is a nice hotel close to South Kensington attractions

Posh NeighborhoodPosted Mar 2, 2014
This is my second time in London and my first time in this neighborhood... I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a block away from the underground (easy to get almost ecerywhere and takes you straight to heathrow). Stayed in a club room and would really recommend it! The room was a decent size for 2, free wifi, access to the club lounge (with all day refreshments). Had a little problem with my room and the beds but Chris by the concierge's desk was great and took care of it immediately! Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient and close to everything!Posted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: Excellent facilities, location, and great service (including wifi) in the Millennium Club Lounge (breakfast, drinks, and papers)
Cons: They should make the wifi (in-room wifi) faster
Location: Located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and close to public transport (Gloucester Rd Tube). Many shops and restaurants.
I really liked the experience in the hotel. It was conveniently located and there's a tube (underground/subway/metro) station nearby which meant that I can go anywhere in London. In addition, the neighborhood itself was great.

Room upgrade - made our stay!!Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The room upgrade!!
Cons: Free internet access.
Location: Ideally located beside the tube station. Great facilities in the surrounding area - Starbucks, Nero and various restaurants. We ate in Wildwood.
When checking was upgraded to a millennium club room on the 7th floor - the extra size of this room, the bottled water, sweets and biscuits with our tea/coffee made the stay extra special. There was even a personalised welcome card on the table!! We didn't use the internet but the price for internet use within the hotel is the only downside with this hotel.

Lovely hotelPosted Feb 24, 2014
Had a great nights stay at this hotel, we arrived early midday and check is wasn't until 14:00 but they had out room ready. Room was small but had everything we needed comfortable bed clean and tidy. Fully equipped bathroom with lovely power shower and plenty of hot water! Had lunch is humphreys bar lovely club sandwich...a little pricey. No hair dryer in room but phone reception and one was brought to room immediately. Also took offer to include breakfast on Sunday morning for discount rate of £12 each rather than £22! Lovely breakfast served from 6-11 with plenty of choice etc. great location only 1-2 min walk to nearest tube station and Tesco etc for last minute supplies. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

London TripPosted Feb 19, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and location
Cons: Brighter colours in the bar area would make it more inviting.
Location: Opposite Gloucester Road Tube station and five minutes away from Victoria and Albert, Science Museum etc.
Great hotel, ideally located in Central London. Staff cannot do enough to help. This is one hotel definitely to be recommended.
