Well located hotel close to museums and tubePosted Nov 23, 2014
A good hotel. Upgrading your room gets you access to the millennium lounge.

No lights, no plugs!Posted Nov 22, 2014
Pros: Location and the bed
Cons: lighting, plugs and free wifi
The location was good and the bed comfortable. However there was no main light in the room which means leaving side lights on continuously or trying to find a switch in the dark. It was great to see a decent iron and board in the room but annoying that there was no suitable plug to use it. Bloody ridiculous. Horrible claustrophobic dressing/wardrobe ares too and no free wifi. Crap!

Hotel tired. Reception Staff and Concierge rubbishPosted Nov 22, 2014
The hhotel has potential but some of the staff forget that they are there to help guests. Reception service was hard work and Conce re staff consistently rude over 3 days. Not enjoyable experience.

DisappointingPosted Nov 20, 2014
What surprises me most about this hotel is that nothing's complimentary. No free wifi nor water even the tap water classed as purified is £1.50 Rude reception staff where the policy is the customer is always wrong!!! Argh! The staff certainly are not encouraged to enthuse the customer back. Last minute booking bad decision stayed in cheaper better hotels.

Getting tiredPosted Nov 14, 2014
Nice hotel starting to get tired round the edges, rooms are not to the quality and standard the main foyer promise and you would expect to get for the money being charged. We had an outside room, the window was single glazed and didn't shut properly so it was nice to be woken by the local bin lorry emptying glass bottles at 7am.

WEEKEND VISIT TO LONDONPosted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: It had a very nice feel upon arrival, and kept very clean, taxi right outside.
Cons: Nothing really
Location: The postion to the underground station was only a couple of mins away. Plenty of resturaunts in walking distance, shops just around the corner.
We were upgraded which was very nice, room lovely on the 5th Floor number 580. The only minor detail was that on a couple of lights around the room no bulb. The maids could check this out when cleaning the room. But saying that had a really lovely stay, and would not hesitate to stay again at the Hotel. All staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. We arrived early (our room not ready) but were able to leave our bags in a secure area, this was helpful so that we could go sightseeing. Maggie M
