I phoned the number given 10 mins before I arrived, the room was clean and comfortable for the night , the place was a little to hard to find ,but not far from the station,

No one about when I arrived. Got Expedia to contact them they arrived in around 10 minutes. This is a house that's been converted not like a hotel or guest house. Comfortable and cheap if you have to stay around here, but area little to shout about.

Hotel Is Terrible no recomend for anyone

Location: 25a mortham street, London e15 3ls
Bad condition of bathroom and rooms. Smell inside the rooms. I Couldn't open the window, because was lock. NO Towels, was stink. Heater looks like someone was vomit on it . bad condition of walls and ceiling . I Had Bad experience Also with the parking. I been told that I Can Park There all day long, and ofcourse i receive ticket . SO DISSAPOINTED

Waste of monye and spoil ur night

One of the worse experience ever in the hotel. 1 st they will tell u include breakfast but they don't have any tea bag but hotel has a coffee machine without water and powder , I agree we can refill water but where can u get coffe powder. 2nd thing no hot water, when u ask they says they wash face with cold water even I agree but how would u get shower with cold water in winter. No central heating. When I called they said they r sending some 1 to sort out everything in an 45 mins but next day morning I had to check out without shower luckly they had cattle no choice had to wash face. I will recommend if u really need hotel go to branded hotel like travelodge cost are same as mortham cottege u might find cheaper than mortham cottege.

Wouldn't stat again

I would stay again, had to try five times to get hold of someone to be let in upon arrival. Not being from London this was scary and slightly worrying because I needed somewhere to stay. Once a man arrived to let me in the room wasn't ready at half 3/4 o'clock I had to leave again so he could clean it. The kitchen isn't the cleanest. For the twin room there's a gap between the door and the frame also where an old lock or handle has been they have just taped over it, so very noisy when other guests get late. Very squeaky bed too. The location was good close to station but could do with a sign or something as it is uncertain that you have the right place til you make contact with owner
