Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Furniture is dated could use some updating.
Location: Location was great. It's right next door to Gloucester Road Tube station. You can buy a one-day tube pass for 8.75 pounds and go anywhere in London.
The staff was great, very friendly and very helpful. The hotel room was clean and always well taken care of. The furniture is a bit dated but overall, considering the price it was a fine experience beyond my expectations.

Excellent Stay! We Love Everything about It!

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Everything! Helpful and Friendly Staff, Convenient Location and a Nice, Clean and Spacious Room to come back to after a tired day of sight-seeing.
Cons: It is OK with the way it is now.
Location: Convenient Location. Many things nearby - food, hunting for souvenirs or take the tube to the museums which is just one stop away.
We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this Hotel. We are deeply appreciative of the excellent service provided – from the reception to housekeeping and concierge. They were so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. With the tube station nearby, there is no problem in going places. Looking for food is no issue as there are many eateries around the hotel. If you are looking for Asian cuisine, just take the tube to Bayswater station which is just a couple of stops away. There, you can find numerous Asian restaurants especially Chinese food. And yes! There's a casino just directly opposite the Hotel. The room is spacious and clean and a good supply of toiletries plus free coffee & tea sachets for the making. However, what matters most is that we had a memorable and pleasant stay. NH Harrington Hall’s excellent level of service is something we don’t often encounter in other hotels. Will definitely stay in this Hotel again on our next trip to London.

NH Harrington Hotel, London

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: The lobby is spacious & well kept. We were there during the 2014 World Cup. The bar & restaurant were busy during this time & it was so much fun.
Cons: The sofa bed was not too comfy, but hey what sofa bed is :)
Location: Location is great, just a short 7-8 minute walk from the Gloucester Rd tube station on the Piccadilly line. Plenty of restaurants & cafés to choose.
My husband, daughter & I stayed 4 days at the NH Harrington & we enjoyed it. The staff was very courteous & helpful. I was having issues connecting to their free WiFi. One of their staff took my phone & quickly knew what to do & I was connected in no time at all. We had their buffet breakfast one day & it was very good.

Nice hotel - good location

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: see above
The staff were great and helpful. Good location - close to the subway and not far from the Kensington Park. The hotel room we had was nice and spacious - and had AC and free wireless. The only drawback was that one of the elevators was broken the whole week we were there and the furniture was a bit dated. Felt a little old.

Great place to stay!

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: The bath tub was a little narrow and scary to get in and out of due to its raised height.
Location: Great location. Close to two tube stops and many local eateries around.
This hotel was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were helpful and kind. The room was an ample size with an adequate size bathroom. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. If I ever return London, I would stay here
