I have stayed here twice, its lovely and warm as soon as you enter, lovely clean and warm rooms, they help you with check-in if you have any problems and reasonable priced👍.

Convenient for where we had to go, quiet place, entrance OK, the rooms need updating and a deep comfy mattresse will pull it all together, but not bad for the price.

There was some very dubious looking cheese and tomatoes left in the fridge. I think the last occupants had left them there. No milk and spiders webs that had not been dusted away. On a positive the pub down the road serve excellent food and the surroundings were very picturesque.

Comfortable,but very basic,service was very good.
Very Built-up area,although it said free parking,there were only 3 spaces,so we had to park on the road,this hotel definitely needs a referb .Room was quite comfortable,breakfast was a DIY job therefor listed as 24Hrs,fridge was well stocked for a full English,if you fancied yourself to be capable as a chef.Finally the place was run by One young man! Yes a Staff of ONE! who was very helpful and efficient,considering he was on reception ,did the cleaning,the Laundry,make the beds,and umpteen other jobs.If the Owners are reading this review,they need to double his Salary at least,as his Service was the only top rating in our Review.

Very helpful staff.
You get what you pay for here, not a 5* luxury resort! It was comfortable however, ample on-street parking and a triple driveway belonging to the hotel, so no issues leaving your car. Breakfast was basic and help yourself; cereals, toast, fruit juices, tea, coffee, etc... When we arrived, a very helpful member of staff showed us around the communal area, where he advised that we could help ourselves to the breakfast stuff at any time. He even allowed us to have a carton of orange juice to put in the fridge in our room - this was great as I was about to pop to the shop to get some drinks for the room, but saved me the journey.

Would not stay again.
No one to greet at hotel. Had to wait at the door for ten minutes before getting in. Noticed the electricity plugs did not work in my room. Took him 30 minutes to come and fix this! Walls are very thin can hear other guests coming in and out. Also there is a train line right outside. Bed was very uncomfortable Parking was very limited. I was completely blocked in by another hotel guest. Again, there was no one at the desk to help with this. Had to chap all the rooms to find the inconsiderate guest to move there car.

No parking available. Property backed on to a railway line as a result trains were running until after midnight. Even with the windows closed, the double glazing was so poor, I heard the trains going all night. Breakfast was a cook you own!! Never seen that before.

Absolutely not happy with how we were met by the staff. The front door was locked and the person that answered the doorbell would not let us in. Had to call their phone number to get someone to come open for us. The breakfast was self serve and was very basic.

Basic ..head down for one night only..
The bathroom could do with a total refurb.. old and tired and dated.. hallway again needs a good paint job and new carpet..the bed was comfortable but squeaked even just to turn..good selection of drinks in the bedroom ...ie coffee.tea..hot chocolate ..orange .. also kitchen had a good selection for breakfast even though it was self service..

Quit central. And nice neightboorhood
Its a central place, norbury. This aparthotel is of the road and very peacefull. You will be welcomed by a nice man and he will show you around. It was a warm welcome because the tea, coffee, juice and chocomilk nice and ordered. Also restaurand , oystershop and super near to the place . And ofcourse the busstop to ... Is in front of the aparthotel.. The bus from nearby. As wel the trainstaion close to the place.

Norbury Aparthotel
For a budget hotel in London very reasonably priced. Very clean and tidy, nice spacious bedroom with ensuite facilities and equally important a comfortable double bed. Great self service breakfast facilities means you can have breakfast at a time to suit. Limited parking on a first come first serve but easy walking distance to train station. Would definitely recommend. CF from Leeds.

Great stay at Norbury apart/hotel
Really great place to stay very close to main line station which was what I used to go to a regimental dinner and as many may know you never get enough to eat well on return to the apart hotel a fridge full of food especially after a lot of beers. A walk in the morning at very nearby big park to clear my head for long drive home. A friendly reception on arrival so what more could I have asked for ?. I would stay again in the future.
