I just stayed one day and the experience was fine because it was close to the airport and the bus station behind the hotel . Overall, it is nice to stay in this hotel if you have to travel the next day.

Perfectly adequatePosted Sep 6, 2014
Cons: catering computer system
Location: not sure what is nearby but the hotel has bar/restaurant so we didn't feel the need to venture elsewhere
we stayed whilst in transit from Paris to Sydney - staff are very accommodating and great to deal with - shame the catering system is not very versatile and we had issues paying our bill after moving from a low small table to a larger dining table (being told we'd need to pay two bills - one for each table?) managed to convince staff to just add the two together and charge us once .... but otherwise, clean room - very spacious and a comfy bed! fittings are a tad dated but perfectly adequate for a one night transit (nice to have a separate bath/toilet) good choice of movies/tv options and the hoppa bus makes travellling to/from Heathrow very easy and regular

Hotel okay but awful service in restaurantPosted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Proximity to airport. Spacious room
Cons: Plumbing could use improvement because it took many flushes to clear pan. Flooring on toilet floor was lifting and sticky to stand on
Location: Used only as a one night stopover after landing in London
Hotel staff welcoming when we arrived and room adequate. The restaurant staff, however, placed us in a corner table set for four (when we were two) and seemed so busy conferring around the till that we felt ignored. The meals were tasty, if a little on the light side though the lamb was not trimmed of fat. We asked to order dessert when we were finally able to attract the attention of a waiter but then waited for so long for something to happen - we were now the only customers left when somebody told us they were just about to start on the dessert - that we asked to cancel the order. This was accepted but when the bill was handed to us we found we had been charged for dessert.

OKPosted Sep 5, 2014
Like all airport hotels (apart from Sofitel and Hilton) a less than convenient transfer, and they capitalise on their guests' captivity by gouging in the restaurant and bar. But the staff were extremely good, despite a terminally slow check-in (only one person on the desk at a busy time)

Clean comfortable hotel, leisure facilitiesPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Nice swimming pool, not too busy. Good range of TV channels. Pleasant reception area/bar. Nice to have a small drinks fridge in the room. Free wifi
Location: I think most people staying choose to do so because of its proximity to Heathrow airport. Windsor/LEGOLAND nearby. Runnymede
Enjoyed a relaxing overnight stay. My husband booked me in for an overnight break to rest/relax. We live locally. Last visit the gym was TINY and extremely basic. The gym facility is now much improved, with an appropriately fitted room and modern equipment. The swimming pool is very nice. Probably about 12 metres long and not busy. Free towels are provided.

Very family friendly.Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: How child friendly it was. Wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the facilities more.
Cons: The evening meals. Expensive for what you get as they don't come with potato or chips.
Location: Perfect for trips into London and close to heathrow airport. Very easy to get to.
We stayed at the novotel heathrow with out two children age 6 and 2. Upon checking in they were both given a gift each and the lady was very talkative and patient with the children. I believe the lady's name was rupinda or something similar. The room had plenty of space. Our children were happy. We didn't have an outside view but our room was over looking the restaurant which was nice enough. There was a play area for the children right next to the restaurant which also had an xbox and 2 computers just outside which were all free to use, there is also a free swimming pool, gym and a room with hoola hoops and exercise balls. The room was clean enough, few marks here and there but nothing I would really complain about. Checking out was also straight forward and quick and easy. The only thing I was disappointed about in the hotel is the food. Breakfast was lovely and I cant complain about that but the evening meal was expensive. I ordered lamb but it just comes with lamb which didn't have much meat and a small bowl of salad, it was probably about a mouth ful or so. You can ordered chips and potato separate but I didn't realise or I would of done that. The childrens meals were great though and there was plenty on the plate. Other than that I cant complain and we would definitely use this hotel again.

Nice hotel, close to HeathrowPosted Aug 18, 2014
Nice hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful. Room was smaller than expected but clean. Regular shuttle (Hoppa) to Heathrow provides easy access to the Tube and Heathrow Express. Would recommend to a friend.
