Fine hotel, new and convenient location.

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Location: Right next to office buildings and a food court that includes Pret a Manger, Itsu, a healthy salad place, burritos, and chinese food.
I was placed in a disability friendly room, which means my shower was equivalent to one you would find at a gym, the bathroom floor had a drain and it was surrounded by a flimsy curtain that did absolutely nothing. The entire bathroom flooded while I took a shower, which was aggravating. I'm also quite a tall person, so having everything lower than usual to accommodate someone in a wheelchair was actually quite difficult for me. I suppose a regular room would have been much more comfortable, but I don't think the shower should have flooded the bathroom like that. There are enough choices in the area, I'll try a different hotel next time.

Toilet room needs a hand wash sink.

Posted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: The room is quite large and modern. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: They should consider to add a hand sink to the toilet room which is separate from the bathroom.
Location: You can walk to Hyde Park and spend a whole day there. Or go to Harrods food court where you find excellent food display to look at.
This hotel is located at a very quiet neighborhood and we had no problem of sleeping. It may be off centre but is very close to Paddington train station. It is only 15 to 20 minutes' walk to Queensway St./Hyde Park where we joined the hop on hop off bus at the yellow pick up line. We don't need to go to Chinatown to find good Chinese restaurants. There is one nearby called Pearl Liang which is located at Sheldon Square. If you want more choice, you walk to Queensway where you can find Chinese and other restaurants.

Great location close to Paddington station. Despite being near busy road and station very quiet. Executive room was good size with comfy sofa. Good selection of restaurants close by. Excellent hotel for a weekend in London.

Pros: The Location was good.
Cons: Better beers on tap or in bottles. Default lager and poorly poured Guiness
Location: Paddington Station
Tucked in an uber modern envclave off office buildings and daytime eateries behind Paddington Station. Very handy.

Pros: The location
Cons: Make the bathroom door longer!!
Location: The hotel have a very good location near the station so its easy to use the metro to go any where.
The hotel have a very good location near the station so its easy to use the metro to go any where also you can use the heath-row express to go to the airport but one bad thing was that the bathroom door was short the the bad smell will come to the room every time you use it.

Ideal stopping place for central London

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: See Above
Ideal for Paddington and for all trains especially direct expresses to Heathrow. Close to underground for anywhere in London and the suburbs. Good local shops end eateries to suit all tastes. In a business area so very quiet at weekends even when overlooking the trains in and out of the station.
