“Great hotel at a great price via expdia”

Getting to stay at a hotel for half the price on the back of the door is always great, but the location and friendly, helpful staff is also what makes novotel so great. I would reccomend it and stay again... so close to the underground!

“So close for the Eurostar”

We just needed a hotel to stay at because we were on our way to Paris. The Novotel is right next door to St Pancrass station. This so convenient, comfortable and quite good value for money.

Second time in two weeks. An we got an upgrade to an executive room. The only puzzle was why the sofa didn't face the television, otherwise everything was good

“Very Impressed”

We like this hotel because of its situation near Euston and St Pancras Stations. The hotel is very modern which we like in hotels and there is a good restaurant. Drinks at the bar are big city prices, and look out for the service charge which is automatically added to your bill, particuarly if you are on a budget. There is a fantastic lift which has windows on to the outside and you can see all across the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel and was pleased with the Expedia rate which was much better than the rack rate advertised at the hotel.

“Novotel St Pancras - Great Value”

We have been to the Novotel twice now and its been great both times. Its convenient for St Pancras/Kings Cross and theres some nice areas to explore close by too. Service and quality has ben consistently good and if you get the right deal I think the value is great . It may not have the wow factor of the refurbished St Pancras Hotel you can see from the windows but then it doesn't have the price tag either. One thing I wouldn't do is visit the Carluccios in St Pancras Station, we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order and when I remonstrated with the girl assigning table she merely waved me away ! Strange I thought it was a service industry ? Its not as if they were that busy as there were at least 3 empty tables around us. Clearly no service there compared with the Family run Italian accross the road, Casa Mamma which was a delight despite being very busy.

“Excellent & Convenient Hotel for Eurostar”

A well positioned hotel for use of St Pancras International & Kings Cross Stations. Room & Breakfast excellent will pleasant helpful and efficient service from all staff. Only drawback is the steps to the entrance make access difficult with heavy cases but staff are more than willing to help.

“Excellent service”

I would recommend this hotel to any person that visits London for the first time. The hotel did have a cooling system which was nice being from the US and being used to air conditioning since many hotels in London do not have A/C. The staff at the hotel were wonderful you can call them for virtually everything, they bumped us up from a standard 2 twin bedroom, to a suite with a queen bed with a down comforter, and a very comfortable bed, the pillows are foam unfortunately I would have like to see the pillows in down material, the room had many places to store your clothes in the room, hair dryer in the room, lots of extras like tea, hot tea maker, cookies each night and much more. We never ate in the hotel, as it is quite expensive, but there are many pubs and local eateries within view of the hotel. The hotel might seem a bit louder traffic wise since it is on a main road, but this is also nice since you are basically 2 blocks either way from the tub/subway stations. This hotel did not offer a washer/dryer in the facility which would be nice if one is planning to stay for any length of time. If you are not really into kids this is a great hotel to stay at since it seems that most business people stay here, there were a few kids, but not many kids which made the hotel even quieter. The hotel does offer internet service for a daily room charge, or you can pay downstairs in the business office. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

“Excellent Hotel & Spot”

We chose this as it was close to St Pancras, and the Eurostar. All we had to do was walk out of the train station and 500mts up the street. It is a great Hotel, obviously used by alot of people. We will happily stay there on our next visit. Some great Restaurants on Euston Rd, so you have good food nearby, the Tube 500mts down the street. What more could you want!!

“A Good Base In London”

This hotel was a great place for a "base camp" while in London -- it's within easy walking distance to either Euston or King's Cross/St. Pancras stations. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant; room was clean and cozy; and the neighborhood is safe.
