Excellent location for families.Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location. Plus 3 beds for a family of four made getting a good sleep a definite plus!
Cons: The trundle bed was abit small and hard but had nice linens and duvets.
Location: Everything is closeby, and easy travelling via the tube.
The hotel is located very close to the Tower Hill subway station, literally a 3 minute walk. Lots to see in this area: Tower Bridge, London Tower, boat tours along the Thames. Food was also excellent especially for breakfasts and lunches. Pod, Eat, Pret, are all here for fresh, healthy salads, muffins, fruit, sandwiches etc. there is also a Tesco Express to stock up on milk and juices for the morning. A Starbucks is close, as is Burger King and KFC for the picky kids! Restaurants for dinner are an easy stroll to Saint Katherine's Pier. Great italian at Strada. The rooms very in size due to the footprint of the hotel. We changed rooms so we could have more square footage for our teens. The sofa becomes a twin bed, and a trundle pulls out from under for a cot/twin bed. The larger room allowed us to separate the kids by putting the coffee table between them for a night stand. Mom and Dad got a very comfortable queen bed! Bathroom is very modern, good size, with a fantastic shower. Overall the room's design utilizes every inch of space...well done. The hotel is surprisingly quiet, you could hardly hear other doors etc. (this is important for the travellers dealing with the time change). Also great black out curtains. Very clean and very good maid service daily too.

Nice hotel by the Tower of LondonPosted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.
Location: see above
Had a good stay at this hotel, which is a short walk to the London Tower and the Tower Bridge. We also were able to walk to the Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre on the South Bank, both only about a mile away. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet roomPosted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Locstion, friendly staff, clean room & great breakfast, good value for money for central London.
Cons: Would have preferred mugs for tea making in room as opposed to the shallow coffee cups & a better biscuit but this is just a small gripe!
Location: Close to Tower Bridge & St Katherines dock, well located close to tube on the Circle line, fairly quick & easy to access central London, Covent Garden
This hotel is situated in an excellent location 2 minutes walk from Tower Bridge tube station. Staff are friendly & helpful, rooms clean & well insulated from street noise, wifi is free & easy to access from room. We were given a room upgrade at chack in. Breakfast excellent quality & choice & staff very attentive.
