“Had a great time, will go back!!”

Really nice hotel in a great location to access everywhere in central London. Our room was small but clean and light, reasonably priced, with good breakfast and friendly and very helpful staff. Would recommend this to anyone visiting London for a few days, we'll definately go back!

“Small but very clean and cosy”

Lovely hotel in a really good area very close to earls court tube station for easy travel to see the sites. Room a little small but very cosy, the bed was really comfortable rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. Good heating but sometimes got a little hot so could turn heating down or open windows. The staff which we came across were really friendly and very helpful. Would definately recommend this hotel very reasonable prices and a nice clean friendly hotel would not hesistate about stopping there again.

“oliver plaza”

after reading loads of reviews for the area we needed to be in london, we chose the oliver plaza and thankfuly it turned out great. we booked a twin room but got a studio with kitchen. the high ceilings make the room feel plenty big enough and it was clean.my only bad point was the mattress on the bed was hard but this is an individual preference.tube station 5 mins down the road and staff seemed pleasent enough. would definately use again

“Friendly, Clean, Convient, & Affordable”

This hotel was very affordable, impeccably clean, in a great location close to the Earl's Court tube station, in a safe neighborhood offering ample modestly priced eating opportunities and stores for any needed supplies The staff could not have been more accomodating and friendly. The only down side was that the rooms are small but if you hang in your room when out of town . . . shame on you! I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

“Great location”

The hotel is minutes away from the tube. Earl's court is also a good station to get to most places you would want as a tourist (including Heathrow airport without changing trains). It was also easily accessible by bus (trains don't run at night). The area is absolutely fabulous for everything. There are several cafes, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and even a drugstore in the area. (Tip: Nando's is a great place to eat something that's not too expensive and very good. There's one right on the corner and there are many in London) Now the hotel itself is very tiny, only has a few rooms. I didn't get breakfast at the hotel so I don't know what it's like. The room (a regular room with a double bed) was very tiny (and I am really not picky), it was even smaller than the room I stayed at in Paris. I didn't have a closet or drawers which was a bit annoying, but other than that the room was ok, very clean and someone came in and made the bed and changed the towels daily. Bathroom was ok, shower was great (if small) and except for one night (out of 7) heating worked perfectly. At least in my room (on the ground floor) I could hear everything going on the street, but fortunately it's in a quiet location so that didn't really bother me. I would recommend it. I think it's worth the money (London hotels are expensive and tiny, it is what it is). Even if you don't pick this hotel, go for something in the area! If you are picky about room space, don't go here (or maybe get the suite).

“nice location”

I stayed in a single room. The room has been renovated and was very clean with a nice ensuite. The rooms are tiny and so was the bathroom, but I was forewarned and I only slept there and was not there for a "hotel" holiday. My only dissatification was that the room was very warm and the fan really didnt help much. London temperatures was around 20-25C. The breakfast was basic and I personnaly woulnt think it was value. There are many cheap eating places within a 5 min walk for meals. The tube is so close and so convienient to get to Heathrow or London centre. The street the hotel is on is very quiet. The staff friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay but remember, very tiny rooms, tiny lift, and crowded breakfast room. Bed sheets very clean, with average comfort single bed.

“Good choice”

Well maintained, good position, nice room with TV, acceptable price. Staff could be more friendly. Overall a good option in London.

“It'll do...”

Service was basic and sometimes unfriendly. Room size very small, although most London hotels are. I'd go back for location and neighborhood but that's about it.

“Great location, awful hotel.”

We were given the basement room which we were told was the largest in the hotel. The room was a decent size but it was not clean on check in. The bathroom is mouldy and the shower itself needs a good scrub. The curtains are not dark enough to even keep out the street lights and as far as a sound night's sleep is concerned....forget it!!!! This is the loudest hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only could you hear footsteps from the floor above but you could hear every word spoken in the room next door due to the walls being paper thin and the hotel being poorly insulated. Earls Court is a loud place anyway but this is amplified as the street noise combined with the thin walls makes it almost impossible to sleep. Really poor hotel that is only saved by it's excellent location.
