Park Hotel

Dirty carpet, dirty bed cover, dirty bathroom, no soap nor towels in bathroom, dirty sink, dirty corridor, narrow staircase, could not make a single move in bathroom it was so small, dramatically dirty window and heater full of dust, dirty walls and door frames, no elevator, terrible smell, mold on the ceiling. I moved out as quickly as I could and did not even try to take a shower Last time I stayed at Holiday Inn Express at North Acton for the same rate (80USD) and the hotel was CLEAN and NICE.

Hotel location is near underground and Tate Britian. The staff were unhelpful. Internet didn't work - staff didn't care. The staff truly made me feel like I was an inconvinence. This hotel could be 'gold plated' and the staff issue would ruin it.

No hot water, very very diry, tiny. This hotels needs total modernisation, the rate was very low and so its should be, if you are desparate to get off the street for the night and are hard up then go to this hotel otherwise chose another one.

I will not come back to that hotel again. we are in winter the hotel room was freezing.

It was somewhere to crash out for a night's stay....

The room was terrible the gives us room under Neath room was cold paint comeing off Walls And tiny for three people had know where put everything Didn't get clean towels

Very old, tiny room, stairs no elevator and location was the only thing that was good about it.

The room was stuffy and on the top floor. There was no lift and staff was horrible. Hair on towels and in shower. Staff made us clean our room ourselves.

i checked out the same day and stayed elsewhere.
