Pros: Good location with ease of access to transport and airport.
Cons: Employees attitude at breakfast.
Location: Good restaurants e.g Archary Indian restaurant up the road Simpson road and the Pheasant pub nearby approximately 15 min walk.
Overall not bad. Mishaps are that they run out of bacon at breakfast due to no delivery and they couldn't find on the system that breakfast was included.

Long trek to my room with heavy luggage. No offer of help or trolley. Strong contrast with hotel in Dubai where I had been staying.

GOOD HOTEL AND HANDY FOR THE AIRPORT

Pros: Stress free booking in and great service.
Cons: Maybe the chairs in the bedroom could have been more comfortable.
Location: Close to airport, but nothing to do nearby.
Great hotel, first time staying there, and would stay again. Staff were excellent, and the breakfast and facilities were great. Location to airport was great, and so was the shuttle service.

Pros: location
Cons: Dinner buffet most items were cold or if suppose to be hot were luke warm, wasn't impressed for the cost.
Location: close to airport Bus to and from the airport stops here every 15 minutes cost £4.99 one way very convenient for travelers catching an early flight
check in was quick and easy. was able to store unneeded luggage for 2 weeks at no cost.

Pros: Great location to Heathrow.
Cons: Staff PR dealing with their mistakes!
Location: The Three Magpies pub across the road is good value and friendly for a drink and a meal.
After checking in and being upgraded to an executive suite, we opened the door of our room and walked in to find a man was already in there. We were shocked and the man was shocked as well. We went to reception where we were aggressively grilled about our booking and why were we in an executive suite. No apology for the embarrassment we suffered because of their mistake! Very poor!

Hostel

Pros: A place to stay for one night if you have an early flight out or late flight in.
Cons: They need to check their room facilities and make sure everything is in working condition before assigning a room. Especially simple things like soap
Location: Use the red city bus to hotel it's free and runs 24 hrs from Heathrow. Hotel does not tell you. They offer a Hoppa bus which is 4.50 pounds one way
This hotel is similar to a hostel. Poor management. Checked in 10:30 pm and room did not have air temperature working. We are at the bar and returned to our room to see a fan on. They switched our room. It is now 12:30 am. We shower and there is no bar soap only a dispensary for hand and bath soap but it was empty, only air pumped out. Luckily we had our own soap. Also, no wash cloth. We used a hand towel. If we continued to deal with the front desk, we would have slept at 2:00 am and we had a early flight to catch so just dealt with the hostel type facility. This hotel has contracts with all the airlines and they have discounts for food and room. I'm sure they put us in one of their rooms as it was terrible. They had no compensation upgrade or anything. Im figuring because we used Expedia.

Staff on reception were trainees and it showed! To be fair trainees need to be trained so slow queues perhaps unavoidable? I loved the express check out, although I haven't yet checked my charges! Reasonable room and comfortable bed

Pros: not a lot. the room was clean and the AC worked.
Cons: Décor and fittings. the food needs to be improved in quality, cooking and presentation.
Location: near Heathrow airport
overall this hotel is 'tired' and needs upgrading. the food in the dining room was poor quality and not hot and staff not helpful. the food in the bar was much better and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. the corridors are very long and you can walk a very long way to the room. No toiletries - eg shower cap. it is clear that this hotel survives because most people stay only one night. the executive rooms are a bit better.

Gut angebundenes Hotel am Flughafen LHR

Pros: die Nähe zum Flughafen LHR: das Hotel kann kostenlos erreicht werden
Cons: -Service beim Checkin muß zuverlässig arbeiten -Wartezeit Checkin deutlich verringern -Frühstückspersonal sollte arbeiten anstatt nur herumzulaufen
Location: in der Nähe des Flughafen LHR - da man den Flughafen kostenlos erreichen kann, kann man von LHR den öffentlichen Personenverkehr nutzen
- Checkin dauert Ewigkeiten - falsches Zimmer erhalten - es wurde vergessen und für das Frühstücksbuffet freizuschalten - das Personal beim Frühstück ist komplett unaufmerksam - die Reinigung des Zimmers ist so lala - der Lost&Found Service funktioniert gut
