Great Hotel smack bang in City CentrePosted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Everything! It was spotlessly clean, lovely huge room and very central. It was a real luxury hotel, situated just two minutes from the London Eye.
Cons: As far as I could see, and from our experience of the hotel, there is nothing I could suggest to improve the room.
Location: The location was just off Westminster Bridge so right in the heart of the city. Turn the corner and you could see the Houses of Parliament.
When we first arrived at the Park Plaza we were delighted to find its location was just off Westminster Bridge, right in the heart of the city. It was also just a very short walk from Waterloo Station. Even better - we had a view of the London Eye from our room which was terrific. The room was huge - it was a studio room - so had a kitchen, large bathroom, with shower and bath, and luxury toiletries. It was a real pleasure to return to the room in the evening. We could also relax in the sitting room which had a separate television . It had a lovely restaurant and bar which also served meals. Overall it was a fantastic hotel and we would love to return here some time. It definitely made our stay a terrific experience.

Excellent location!Posted Mar 10, 2015
So close to London Eye, London Dungeon, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Approximately 20-30min walk to Buckingham Palace. Restaurants and cafés close by as are tube stations Waterloo and Westminster. Studio rooms are a little small. We took an upgrade option to the next size room which had a separate living room giving us space to work around our 2 suitcases. Room temperature was a little warm making it uncomfortable to sleep. Couldn't figure out the temperature setting. That aside, it was great.

Stylish hotel very close to London Eye/WestminsterPosted Mar 8, 2015
Pros: Bed very comfortable, room plenty big enough and large bathroom. Liked that it had kettle, fridge, microwave and crockery.
Cons: Room was very hot and stuffy despite turning the air con to lowest setting. Asked Reception to send maintenance to fix but this didn't happen.
Location: Just behind London Aquarium and London Eye. Cross over bridge and you're in heart of Westminster. Great location for South Bank.
Modern, stylish and comfortable hotel. Check in efficient, lifts all working, corridors clean and ice machine provided. room was very quiet and clean.

Great hotel with helpful staff - would stay againPosted Feb 24, 2015
Really nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff - great to stay in with kids as the main bedroom is separate to the living area with the bed settee in, due to the small corridor that separates them with bathroom and kitchen facilities in. Both areas have their own TVs too. Was my daughters birthday whilst away and the staff made a real effort to make it special with some treats in the room on arrival (but they made sure my other child was not left out either)

Great place to stay for a break in londonPosted Feb 22, 2015
Stayed in studio room with 2 children. Large suite with separate lounge area with sofa bed and kitchenette. Hotel very child friendly welcome pack for children on arrival which had plaza euros in that could be spent on drinks or ice cream at the bar which the kids loved and children's film shows some evenings. Check in easy, service very good, room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Central London.Posted Feb 17, 2015
Great room for one adult and 3 kids sharing. Good room service. Good gym, sauna and steam room. Friendly staff. Only problem was whenever our neighbours in next room used the bathroom we could clearly hear the shower, toilet flush etc as if it was in our bathroom. Would have been ok but they were early risers!!
