Very enjoyable stay

Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: Very helpful staff, great presentation, rooms lovely, fantastic riverbank location.
Cons: Temperature in rooms, we set it to the coldest air on setting in the room and it was still baking it just didn't seeem to adjust!
Location: In the middle and heart of London it's the perfect location, situated on the riverbank its within walking distance of Westminster, shops, London eye.
Really enjoyed the stay at this great hotel, Unfortunatly works are going on both sides for what looks like two new hotels but don't be put off as you couldn't hear anything from inside the hotel, the outside looks very nice and the frontage is welcoming, staff are always happy to help and when we checked out in the morning the hotel took care of our bags all day until we were ready to leave London. The room was also very nice and we were really happy with it the only negative I could find was that the room was very hot and even after turning the temperature down it didn't cool down. Overall great hotel, would definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff.

Posted Nov 22, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, good room upgrade for not much more money.
Cons: I don't like having the sensors in the fridge because i like to put my own milk/beverages in it. Wifi was only for one device.
Location: Westminster, London eye, sothbank, Trafalgar square, Westminster abbey.
Nice hotel in a good location, the only downside is that the nearest tube is Vauxall which doesn't have other lines at that station. But otherwise very good, particularly for the business traveller.

Great place to stay, central for all of London.

Posted Nov 21, 2014
Arrived at Vauxhall underground. 10 min walk along the embankment to the hotel. Reception staff welcoming no fuss. Room 443 was on the 4th floor over looking the Thames, Big Ben. Room was great. Walk out the hotel to the right 15 min walk all along the embankment london eye, aquarium, dungeon.houses of parliament & Big Ben. There is some building work either side of the hotel but didn't impact in our stay . Defiantly stay again. Would recommend.

Nice hotel over looking the river.

Very cosy hotel with lovely views over the river and Big Ben. A little walk to the nearest tube station, so access is easy for getting about. Only stayed for a single night and could not fault the Park Plaza. Would use again.

Just a bit too far.

Posted Nov 10, 2014
we only stayed the one night and thought the room excellent but the building work going on alongside did spoil the overall enjoyment of the room. The staff were really helpful and pleasant but we found the hotel is just too far away from the mainstream of the City to be able to stroll and too far from the tube station to ejoy as a leisure location.

No view of river which was a a shame and we had no natural sunlight due to on going work which we were not aware of.

Quality at a fair price

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Central location, quality, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms with good views.
Cons: Room service food
Location: Clear view of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, as well as the London Eye, so the location is brilliant for exploring this area, Covent Garden etc
An excellent comfortable and high quality hotel at a good price for a very central location. Food in the bar/restaurant was excellent, although the room service food was surprisingly poor. Transport links are good, with buses outside the door going in all directions.

Brilliant view

I took my boyfriend to the hotel for his Birthday and the staff at the hotel left a lovely surprise for him in our room when we arrived. We had a marvellous view of Westminster's riverfront from our room. The hotel is a short walk away from Vauxhal underground station, which is on the Victoria line.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful view of the Thames

What stood out for us was the staff. Everyone we met was very pleasant and helpful, whether just passing in the corridor or attending to a query. Clean, comfortable room. Great location on the Thames.

A lavish stopover in a Central location

Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: Style
Cons: External room would have been nicer and a bit disconcerting about the lack of curtains on the inner facing rooms
Location: Right on the River and close to the DuckTours.
Good quality hotel and good central location far enough away from the noise, hustle and busle. Victoria is only a mere 15 minute walk away
