“Great location, small flaws”

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the room larger than we expected for Europe. However, we had a few small issues. Our toilet stopped flushing correctly and leaked (clean) water. This was on our second or third day, and we discovered the problem in the evening since that's the only time we were in the room. The hotel couldn't fix it because their engineer only works 8-5. Seemed very strange and was frustrating that it couldnt' be fixed immediately. We were told we could move, but as we were unpacked and settled this didn't seem ideal either. Everything was fixed by the next evening, but I expected faster services. We also tried to use the on-demand movie service twice and both times it was broken and could only be fixed by the engineer that only worked during the day. Again, frustrating because that prohibited us from watching anything. Finally, the hair dryer kept breaking. Small annoyances, but they began adding up. I would still consider staying there again but would probably look more closely at other options if possible.

“Definitely will stay here again”

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is very clean and rooms were spacious and modern and beds were very comfortable . Located in a quiet location, close to transportation, only few minutes walk to Victoria Station, and central to all of London's attractions. The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful to tryout first time for a minimal charge. We will not have to think twice about staying here again the next time we visit London.

“Absolutely Fabulous!!”

This Hotel was fantastic! More than i had expected and would highly recommend it to anyone wanted to stay in the Victoria section of London... which is beautiful!

“great location”

Very happy with this hotel, and its location. Most of the time staff was helpful, but sometime, I was surprise to see that someof the staff was not able to answer some basic questions about the city, location of interest ,and public transportation (other than with taxi). Though they advertise the wifi, I was not able to get on line with my ipad and iphone.

If you are looking for an ice cream place, it will be very hard to find!!! After long search, we ended up at the good old McDonalds for a McFlurry!

“Convenient and comfortable”

This was very clean, comfortable hotel. The room had ample space for 3 adults. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The location was very desirable. It was convenient to restaurants and very near the tube station.

“AWESOME!”

This hotel is in the best location possible for touring central london and surrounding areas. I stayed for 10 days and was treated spectacular! The rooms are clean, well-maintained, confortable and well worth the price. The LOCATION is the ultimate selling point.

“Great staff!!!”

Room size - exceptional. Comfortable bed. Pleased w/breakfast and hospitality room package. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Reasonably clean. Balcony area and drapes leading to balcony need updating. Would stay again and would give a strong recommendation.

“Definitely stay again”

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was very near Victoria Station and was in walking distance of many wonderful tourist attractions. We would stay there again.
