“Very Family Friendly”

On arrival the hotels reception is very impressive. We were met with a very warm welcome from the Hotels Staff. The Hotel was also very welcoming to our 4 year old son. We stayed in an Executive room with access to the Executive Lounge which was lovely. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location, amazing service and very helpful staff. Can't wait to go back.

“Location!”

A few steps from Victoria Station, we arrived from Gatwick with the express train which runs every 15 minutes and takes a hlaf hour. The hotel was clean, pleasant, staff was friendly and helpful. Main attractions are within walking distance. Minor complaint when it got real busy at breakfast on Saturday but the concierge managed to resolve the situation. We had a great stay and would maybe not go back only to explore other areas. But if it's new territory for you I definitey recomend this hotel.

“Comfy Hotel at the heart of London”

I am satistified with the Hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The location is great as it is practically right next to Victory Station. From there you can hop off on the tub or train to other locations. Victoria Station has many places to grab a quick bite. The staff was courteous. Had a good lounge where you can grab some food. Great place.

“Great Place - Clean, Modern, and Centrally Located”

This hotel was in a nice part of town located right next to the Victoria Train station. The rooms and service were phenomenal, clean and modern. And the bathrooms were kept very well, which is alway a big thing for me.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is very good, the service was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Very close to Victoria Station, rooms are of good size and all have one American power outlet near the desk. Both Billy Elliot and Wicked are playing in theaters just down the street. Marks and Spencer Simply Food in Victoria station and Boots pharmacy are good for needed supplies, ATMs from major banks also at Victoria. The changing of the guard got a little boring after 30 minutes so we left but enjoyed the Royal Mews, Hampton Court and Windsor Castle. We got the London Pass with travel option and found it very useful for the 6 day trip. You can get a dual ticket for Mme. T's Wax Museum and the London Eye that saves about 5 pounds per person. We arrived on Sunday and left on Saturday and got a round trip on the Gatwick Express for four people for the price of 2. We did two London Walks with the pass (saves 1 pound) Jack the Ripper and the Ghost Walk with Russell were both great!

“We had a brilliant Easter stay , 6-8/4/2007”

This hotel in my opinion is excellent. Staff on all levels were very helpful and polite at all times. The restaurant serves a lovely breakfast to suit all tastes; and - although expensive - the choice of evening meal, presentation and service was superb. The hotel is within spitting distance of Victoria tube station and mainline station; and is therefore excellently located to explore London. My family and I will definately be staying again.
