Great London Holiday!!!Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Location, style, cleanliness, professional employees
Location: Close to Victoria Station, a short walk to Westminster where you can see the Palace, Big Ben , Parliament, walk or have a boat ride on the Thames.
Stylish modern hotel with a great bathroom and air conditioning! London was our last stop on our European Vacation and the Hotel made it a high point. Very well located a few blocks from Victoria Station, and a short walk to Westminster and The Palace. We saw the Changing of the Guards and walked across the Thames by Big Ben and Parliament. Spa and Gym in the hotel, sweet! Got the Buffet Breakfast option, which was delicious and made life easier.

Really nice hotel, close to Victoria StationPosted Jul 23, 2014
Cons: Reduce the cost of the breakfast to match the premier inn!
Location: Perfect for walking to Buckingham Palace and Westminter and so close to the underground you could easily get further afield.
Really pleased with this hotel, stayed for two nights with a friend. Double glazing in our room was amazing, we couldn't hear the traffic below and beds were really comfy. Close to the underground so easy to get anywhere further afield. We took a tour of Highgate Cemetery! Surrounded by lots of restaurants and a Wetherspoons so easy to eat after a long day sightseeing.

Great hotel, heart of LondonPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Location, nearby restaurants, easy to find, great staff
Cons: Nothing, I would always stay there BUT. perhaps for long haul pax such as myself it would be great if we could check in when we arrive, great PR
Location: Location perfect, nr Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, Royal Mews, St James Park,
It would be great if long haul pax were able to check in when they arrive without having to pay the room for the previous evening if for example they are staying for more than 3 nights.

Close to Underground and many restaurantsPosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Room, lift (elevator), close to Underground and restaurants.
Location: Victoria Station, Underground, 15 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace (anything else, just take the tube).
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in London June 2014. It was a very comfortable room with king size bed (terrific), good a/c, and big for a city hotel room. The underground (takes about 15 minutes to figure out the system) is about 100 ft away at Victoria Station. Many restaurants nearby - can really recommend the Brazilian type restaurant. Only con is the shower is a pretty high step - might not be good for folks with limited mobility. Also pretty pricey even through Expedia.

Close to everything, walking neighborhoodPosted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: Spacious and clean
Location: Very close to Victoria Station. Lots of restaurant. If you prefer to have a walk - Buckingham Palace is nearby.
We are out most of the time in our 6 days stay in London - sightseeing, shopping, meeting friends and see shows. When we reach our hotel by night, tired and ready to hit the bed - room was tidy and fresh. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Wi-fi is free and internet is fast so I can do some work and post some of our photo. We did not try the breakfast being offered when we checked in nor try the hotel restaurant but the bakery across the hotel - Le Pain is superd for breakfast, however, lots of good restaurant nearby. If you prefer food to go - Pret a Manger is good place to get it. I will definitely stay again in this hotel!

Good location but, lots of trash on the sidewalksPosted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: Was close to local attractions and Victoria Station.
Cons: Staff should act like they want to be there and rooms should be in better condition.
Didn't get a warm welcome when checking in from the staff. The room was OK but, you had to flush the toliet 6 times to get it to work and the sink faucet was not connected well so would spin around. The entrance of the hotel wasn't very appealing. I have stayed at nicer places for half the cost.
