Great locationPosted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: I like the fact that you can sit as a female on your own in an alcove and not feel out of place
Cons: The gym ... Staff didn't even look up from her phone , I had to ask her if I should sign in and ask where the changing room was .
Location: Very handy for all central activities and theatres
I stayed for work purposes hotel really close to tube station but roadworks and improvements to Victoria station makes navigating the way a bit tricky even though they are only 150 metres away .. Not the hotels fault but might consider Park plaza signage whilst refurb of station ongoing .

Great Location.Posted Sep 10, 2014
Cons: Room was a bit old, tired, no extras..
Location: Victoria - near shops, Vauxhall Bridge - St Georges Wharf, very central
Booked a mid week stay at the park Plaza on business. Location is great for Victoria area. Staff are very friendly considering they must see endless faces every day. Rooms are adequate. Beds are very comfortable. Shower great. Not a lot of extras. Have stayed at other Park Plazas - Westminster Bridge and County Hall which I think are better - but would happily stay here again.

Lives up to HypePosted Sep 5, 2014
I looked at a LOT of hotels in my search, read a lot of reviews, and made what I thought was the very best value considering cost, location, room size and overall customer satisfaction. I am happy to report that this hotel is everything it says it is and that the reviews are true. Roomy by London standards, SO close to Victoria Station, room and bathroom spotless and impeccably made up every day, and though this was not a major consideration, bed and pillow were ridiculously comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENED.

Excellent LocationPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: The room sizes and bath facilities were great
Cons: For the price this has everything you should expect
Location: Being walkers we found everyday offered great experiences. Selfridges and Harrods, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Theatres, westminster Abby, all avail
First trip to London so we were a little uneasy with planes, trains and cabs; never quite feeling at home. We got to the hotel and it was amazing how at ease we became. All questions were answered with easy to follow directions. The restaurant suggestions were right on and very reasonable. The local restaurant in the hotel was good but it was always difficult to understand there menu and procedures.
