Good central London hotelPosted Jul 28, 2015
Stayed here with kids to go to a Prom. Overall a very convenient, well priced hotel with good facilities. What let it down were the staff, or more specifically many of the younger women, who seemed to have no idea that in a hotel you are supposed to keep the customers happy rather than view them as an irritation. This wasn't universal, and some of the older/more experienced staff (both men and women) were very helpful, but the good looking, young, metro-European women had no idea. It took an absolute age to check in, the roll-out bed wasn't made up until we chased three times, simple requests took ages. If they got better trained staff this would be a 5*

Good hotel in central LondonPosted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: This hotel could use more lighting. The elevators and hallways were rather dark.
Location: Wonderful location at Westminster Bridge. It's right across the Thames from Big Ben and the Parliment buildings. Also very close to the London Eye.
Since check-in time was 2:00 and we arrived at 11:00 our room was not ready, so the staff stored our luggage for us and then brought it up to our room later, which allowed us to start exploring London right away. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel near all the attractionsPosted Jul 25, 2015
The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is an elegantly-appointed hotel located directly off the bridge of the same name. The location is perfect for those wanting to tour the major sites in London, being within walking distance of the London Eye, Parliament, and so many other iconic locations. To travel a bit further, Waterloo station is a mere 5 minute walk down the road. Staff are very accommodating, which is to be expected from a hotel in this price range. Concierge service - particularly Conor, in our experience - was very knowledgable of the area and gave fantastic advice about tea/dinner options. The rooms are very spacious, updated and modern. The amenities are very good as well, though between the hours of 5 pm - 8 pm, you must make a reservation for use of the swimming pool, which can be booked in 30 minute increments. The pool is kids-free from 6 am - 8 am and then again from 8 pm - 10 pm. If you are looking for a nice hotel convenient to your travels around London, look no further than the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

Pragtfuldt hotel med yderst central beliggenhed!Posted Jul 24, 2015

Encountered several problemsPosted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Good French food.
Cons: Our carpet in the room was wet and we had to put our bath towels on the floor to soak up the water.
Location: The Big Ben and the London Eye was very close.
Before going to the hotel, I contacted them through Expedia. I requested distiller water for my CPAP machine. The hotel granted my request, however when getting to the hotel, no one knew what I was talking about. They delivered quality water to the room instead! I have a very expensive machine and regular water would hurt it. I ended up not using the machine and in turn was not feeling well. The service for using the machine was not compatible with the USA currency. I could have slept on the floor to connect the machine to the USA port...but didn't. No one seemed to care!

4 nights in LondonPosted Jul 22, 2015
Cons: More power converters in each room.
My wife and I just returned from the Park Plaza Westminster after a 4 night stay. I was worried that this hotel did not show up in many of the guidebooks or recommended neighborhoods to stay. We were very happy with our accommodations and location. We were on vacation with the intention of sight seeing and pub crawling. The double decker bus tours were right outside our door. Excellent location for walking to trafalger square, changing of the guard, and strolling south bank. There are two tube locations within a 3 minute walk. Pretty easy to get to from Heathrow airport...it took an hour via Heathrow Connect and the tube line. For the hotel: The rooms were clean, modern, and huge. It is more of a hip business type hotel but they do have a pool, wet sauna, and spa and I would bring my 4 and 5 year old here. We purchased breakfast with the stay and it was an expansive buffet with make to order everything (omelets, eggs benedict, waffles). They have nightly live entertainment in the lobby bar and wifi.
