Fantastic Hotel close to London EyePosted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Nice location and easy to get about
Location: London eye, Big Ben and London Dungeons are all within a very short walking distance
Arrived just after check in time, was quite busy so had to wait a while. Once seen to staff were very pleasant, asking if I had stayed before etc etc. Next I was asked to confirm the room, was told I had a twin room, however I booked a double. The receptionist had to go away to sort that out, but after few minutes she came back and told me I had been given a room upgrade due to the mistake. One arriving at the room, all the doors looked the same and hard to see the room numbers, however I was surprised by the amount of space we had. As we walked in there was a lounge area with sofa, TV and table. The wardrobe had an ironing board and hairdryer too. in the middle of the room was a sink area and kettle, along with microwave and fridge the bed was king-size in the end and very comfy after a long day. There was also a desk with another TV, that had internet and keyboard. you could also connect a laptop via the network cable, along with other mains appliances. The view was quite nice I could see the top of big ben and London eye, but there was apartments directly opposite so not a clear view, but having the windows across the length of the wall let a lot of light in the day, and the curtains were great at night.

Great Location, Not the FriendliestPosted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Very little
Cons: Quite a bit
Location: Great location...about the only thing great about it.
I chose this hotel for it's location and perhaps that was what I should have only expected. Once there, I realized this hotel is not for those who require or expect people to be courteous and helpful. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired as well. Overall, I can pass on this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who actually looks for quality services. They look for any excuse to charge you for anything so if you happen to book here, be careful and watch your hotel bill (be mindful of the computerized mini bar).

Great hotel close to everything in LondonPosted Oct 19, 2014
This hotel is buzzing ,clean, friendly and in a great location. With views of Big Ben and westminster you can walk everywhere. Just beside the national theatre and London eye. We are planning to go back with our 12 year old son at Easter!

Westminster VisitPosted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: Convenient location, good service, luxury finishes.
Cons: Bedroom lighting is very poor
Location: Excellent location, near to tube stations and the South Bank and London Eye.
My husband and I were attending a lobby in Westminster and choose the hotel for convenience. The Hotel is in an excellent location, near to two tube stations in different lines, spotlessly clean and the staff were all very pleasant. Only downside was the lighting in the bedroom was very dark with no natural light even in the morning. The bedroom was very well equipped, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others and hope to stay there again when next in London.
