Excellent locationPosted Mar 3, 2014
Easy walk from Waterloo Station and just across the bridge from Houses of Parliament. Luxurious rooms with all mod cons. Loved the mood lighting and memory mattress. Slept like a log. Good vibe in bar and excellent service. Definitely my hotel of choice for London.

New hotel without experiencePosted Feb 25, 2014
Cons: Too many.
Location: Centre London
One stuff in reception had a very bad English hearing ability and did not know how to smile. I had to repeat my postcode five times. He typed my name falsely and I asked him to change it but he did nothing. Another terrible experience is that they cleaned my room and took everything away before I checked out. I got up early to go outside and was back before 11am. And all my belongs we're moved away. The cleaner told me that she was told I had been checked out but absolutely not and the key was still on my hand. Then I asked to find my belongs back but still some good guidebooks were thrown away. The room was ok but not as good as I expected. Many details need improving. They should offer more kinds of snacks and wine. Some corners and parts of the mirrors were not clean. Compared with other hotels, this hotel is too common to recommend, in spite of its good position .

Great hotel - Small pool!Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Modern, clean, good location.
Cons: Bigger pool. Better value breakfast.
Location: Very close to big ben, houses of parliament, the eye.
Great modern hotel in an excellent location. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you would expect from a 4* hotel. The only down side was the swimming pool - I've never seen one so small in such a large hotel. It's so small that you have to book a time slot at peak periods. With the space that this hotel has taken up I can't understand why the pool is so small, it certainly isn't clear on the website that this is the case. The breakfast is also very expensive for what you get. You are better going for a walk round to find a better place at half the price.

Excellent location for a London VisitPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Stylish, excellent location
Cons: THE COFFEE
Location: Right by Westminster Bridge, so right by the south bank, Houses of Parliament etc etc etc and great access to tube
Very impressive hotel, all that you would expect for the price. Very nice touch that they came and made up the sofa bed. The only negatives 1 the small amount of Kenco instant coffee sachets, really expected a coffee machine/ cafetiere and real coffee grounds - not too much to ask I dont think. 2 our room looked over a building site, literally a hole in the ground with cranes and their personnel at eye level Would go again but take my own coffee and pay the extra £100 for the iconic view!

Good locationPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Good location
Cons: On this occasion we had to book 2 rooms as our daughters are 16 and 13. We had requested adjoining rooms but were told there weren't any.
Pleasant enough stay but would have much preferred a room with a view not into another room!

Friendly efficient well-located hotelPosted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: As above - child friendly. Has a pool which is a bit small but very warm and pleasant
Cons: Nothing really
Location: Right by the London Eye, Aquarium, Dungeon and South Bank - easy walk from Waterloo Station
Stayed overnight with my 10 year-old. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean and well-appointed. Efficient check-in and check-out.

Great customer care.Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: The main thing we liked about the hotel was its location..as it was walking distance to the main attractions.
Recently visited the Park PLaza Hotel Westminster Bridge.... Was an amazing hotel, staff provided a truly helpful service... There was no depictions from myself or my boyfriend. Once again it was a great service and I would recommend others to stay at this hotel... As i will be doing so in the foreseeable future.
