Gloomy, tired

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Windows would be nice.
We booked a double room and when we arrived we were told that only twin rooms were left. the hotel blamed Expedia for this, saying that they allowed us to book a double room even though no more were available. The room we ended up with wasn't great either- no natural light (the 11th floor felt like it was underground), strange marks on the walls, very short bed. There was a glowing orange light in the bathroom which couldn't be switched off, and a glass door to the bathroom meant that there was light in the room all night.

Fantastic location, great hotel

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Great location just a few minutes walk across Westminster Bridge from tube station
Cons: One side of hotel is close to ambulance station, so you can hear their sirens regularly
Location: So central you can easily walk to Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster, London Eye
We only stayed one night but would definitely go back, lovely room, all very well kept and clean, just a shame we did not have time to experience all of the hotels facilities

Great Service and close to attractions.

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Cons: I am 6'5" and found the beds a bit short and uncomfortable. Room is dark even with all lights on. Pros: Staff are very friendly and professional, Top notch. Great bar and the bar tenders know their stuff. Walking distance to many attractions and take the tube anywhere else.

Brilliant hotel, best we've ever stayed in

Posted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: It was quiet and the staff were very courteous. It is in a central location and easy to get to.
Cons: The breakfasts/food could be cheaper and the we may have opted for that choice.
Location: Central location, easily spotted. Close to Westminster, Waterloo station, Westmisnter Bridge in close proximity.
We stayed at this hotel on Rememberance weekend 8th& 9th November 2014 and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We had booked two rooms as there was me and my husband and my parents. We got to the hotel at approximately 10:30am and asked if we could drop our luggage there so we could make the most of the day. To our surprise we checked in straightaway and our rooms were ready. Both rooms were upgraded to suites which was a bonus with no charge. We opted for room only as we like to go out and about for breakfast. We found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful and every member of staff that we came into contact with, whether they were reception, cloakroom staff or the chambermaids every one of them acknowledged us. The rooms were quiet and we were not disturbed by any other guests. A really enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Great location

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Everything
Location: Brilliant location for sightseeing
We, myself and my two daughters booked a room for three. We didn't know what to expect but we were delighted to find two single beds and luxurious double sofa bed. We didn't return to the hotel until 9pm (shopping) but decided to make a effort and go to the cocktail bar .... Back to our room 1am fantastic evening - we all want to go back !!!!

Central London Hotel

Pros: Modern decor
Cons: Nothing
Location: By Westminster Bridge close to Waterloo ( 5 minutes walk)
A brand new modern hotel with the luxury feel. Right at the end of Westminster bridge.
