Brand new hotel, new facilities, near Big BenPosted Jul 26, 2014
Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is just a few steps away to Big Ben, London Eye, Waterloo and Westminster Tube Station. If you want to save a few GBP, Grocery store is around the corner, Fast-foods near London eye are cheap and tasty. The hotel is a bit pricey but the comfort is superb. This hotel is good for tourist who wants a comfortable stay in London.

Mediocre at bestPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Location was good
Location: Look it up on Google maps
Wasnt happy about being given a disabled room and the reservation had the room described as a double with bath and separate shower. No bath!! Lifts were terrible, waited 10 - 15 mins each time we tried to use the lifts. Ended up walking down the stairs. Ended up in some back of house area the first time. Wont stay again, better value hotels elsewhere.

Too dark - everywhere!Posted Jul 21, 2014
We stayed two nights here in a very dark room. When there was no window you rely on electric lighting, however there was very little, not just in the rooms but everywhere. The location is excellent, the beds are really comfortable and the rooms are ok BUT the fact you can't see in the rooms completely spoils it for me. Based on that I wouldn't stay there again nor recommend friends to stay either.

Beautiful Hotel close to big Ben, the London Eye.Posted Jul 16, 2014
Excellent: We were met at the front as our cab pulled up by a nice genetleman who immediately took our luggage and brought it to our room. Conscierge desk was excellent too. We had purchased tickets to the London Eye and as my daughter was quite ill we couldn't go and the front desk, without hesitation, refunded her her money. Would definitely stay there again!

Great walking areaPosted Jul 15, 2014
Loved this hotel! Beds were super comfy, blinds closed to make it super dark, so much so we forgot to order a wake up call and overslept. Nice bar downstairs. Great location! Very happy!

One Day in LondonPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Nice Location Dark Rooms (Great for sleeping)
Cons: Some of the room are actually indoors which leaves much to desire for a view. Walls are a little thin. Heard running in the halls
Needed a room for an overnight stay in London and wanted to stay close to the sights. Right outside of Big Ben and close to the Tube.

Very friendly Reception staff.Posted Jul 5, 2014
Friendly and efficient Recrption staff. Alessandro was courteous and very informative. Room was excellent; Elemis toiletries, lots of coffee/tea making products. Paid for Executive Lounge use and it was first class, one of the best for Park Plaza hotels I have stayed at.
