Dear Ansley,Thank you very much for your feedback following your recent stay with us in The Mews suite.As you mentioned, "The Mews" has a cool historical value and it has a separate entrance on Cromwell Mews which is 1 minute away waliking distance from the main hotel. It features a lounge and dining area on the lower level, as well as an open-plan bedroom with king size bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge that accommodate another 2 people. It is suitable for longer stays and for families with children over the age of 10. We provide the same services as if you would stay inside the hotel and the key selling point of this Suite is that you are still in the centre of the action of a busy neighbourhood but still with a total privacy of a loft apartment. We do inspect and clean rooms on a daily basis and public areas are monitored and clean regularly throughout the day. Our AC system was working fine during your stay and there was no issues reported. You are right in saying that we don't have a proper bar in the hotel but we have two lovely rooms, Drawing room and Library where we have served drinks and food during the day. We also have Cream team available between 2:30pm-5:30pm. Our Italian delicious restaurant " La Trattoria" is also available every day serving yummy authentic Italian food.
