Nice hotel couple of issuesPosted Jun 28, 2014
Too far from tube station at least a 20-25 minute walk. Not many Restuarants close by. Hotel restaurant was good.

Nice hotelPosted Jun 16, 2014
Very convenient to stay for a theatre night out at Apollo Victoria theatre... It is 1 stop away by train but we ended up walking it as it's so close.

Staff very helpful and despite being a large hotel they were very friendly, unusual! I would recommend this hotel.

All good. Nothing bad to say. 50% discount on Expedia meant I got to sample a luxury hotel that would otherwise be out of my reach.

conveniently located for central londonPosted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: rooms were spacious, clean and modern. the spa pool was perfect and made my stay better.
Cons: front of house staff
Location: if you're a keen walker, this is perfectly located near chelsea and a great walk into westminster and the city.
clean, efficient and modern. really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back and recommend to friends. only slight downside was the unsmiling reception staff. working in customer service should always come with a smile!

Mid week breakPosted Apr 27, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and very comfortable and clean rooms.
Cons: Provide information regarding bus timetables to the centre of London
Location: Slightly further out of the centre of London than expected, not really a problem if bus times are known.
A short holiday where a comfortable and quiet hotel was an essential criteria. Staff were very friendly and appeared well trained and helpful. The spa was a bonus and although we only had one chance to use it, the facilities were 'just right'.

Contemporary hotel in a great locationPosted Apr 27, 2014
Pros: It was very smart. Had great facilities having the spa. Parking right by. Pleasant staff. Clean, contemporary decor. Comfy beds and room.
Cons: I was concerned about how to get into central London when I booked. The information on the website didn't mention that there were buses opposite.
Location: I needed to be close to Wandsworth but with easy access to Central London. So the location was ideal.
I was extremely pleased to find this hotel to have excellent facilities, car park adjacent, in an ideal location on Chelsea bridge. Staff were attentive, professional and approachable. Day and night buses are located a short walk away for access to sights, restaurants, shops and underground travel. The hotel has contemporary decor, very clean and uncluttered. Beds were really comfortable, bathroom had a double shower, and smelt clean. A safe was useful in the room, and a fridge. There was also a lovely leather couch to sit on. The view was of Battersea power station, which is now an art gallery. I enjoyed using the spa facilities. There is also a pleasant seating area by reception, where you can order food and drinks. I preferred to explore the London cuisine. It was ideal for my stay.
