Had to stay in London due to an op and it was our second time we had stayed. Truly stunning hotel with brilliant staff in a great location. It has great transport links all over London and some top places to eat as well.

Really friendly staff, excellent facilities and well designed, well furnished and really clean and comfortable rooms. Decent restaurant menu & good bar meal menu. Breakfast was huge but a wee bit expensive. Short walk to tube was spoilt a bit by poor condition of footway, something the council should sort out.

Stayed for a family wedding at the Royal Naval College which was a 10-15 minute walk or 5 mins by taxi. Hotel staff excellent and all staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are small - not unusual for London. Hotel is modern, clean and has good public rooms. Breakfast was good and we paid £10 by booking on arrival. Will definitely recommend for a London stay as links to DLR at Deptford Bridge no more than a couple of minutes away.

"Convenient Greenwich hotel next door to fast train"
We found this hotel convenient, efficiently managed and perfect for our needs. We usually stay in central London but my husband spoke at a conference at the O2 and there are not a lot of hotels nearby. This one involved a boat ride to get to the meeting but was still convenient and comfortable. We also liked Greenwich and had never been our there before. Helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, good shower and excellent breakfast.

Our trip to London was a birthday present for my Husband as well as a family weekend with our 7yr old son. The hotel is great for families, with a small play room (for younger children) and a nice sized family room.
Breakfast was great, with a large selection to cater to us all. We also had our evening meal at the hotel, which was delicious. Our son ate from the buffet, and made several trips, while we had something from the a la carte menu.
The location was spot on as everything that we had planned was within easy reach, thanks to the nearby tube station. We went for a nice walk along the Thames and as far as Parliament square without our son getting tired.
I would say that this hotel is excellent value for money!!
