“Can't wait to go back!”

We really enjoyed this hotel for several reason: it is very easy to get to the airport and also into London by train. It is a very friendly hotel with everything onsite that we needed, eg.coffee shop, bar with TV. It was a short walk to the local shops. They very kindly let us store our luggage, for free, while we went into London for the day.

“London comfort”

They let us check in early and helped us with all our needs. The hotel was extremely quiet and close to the airport. I would stay there again if the occasion arised.

“Tired traveler”

This hotel was prefect after a 10 hour flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. This was a good place to stay, either the night before a journey or the night after.

“Exceeded expectations”

Wasn't expecting much as I've stayed at most of the Heathrow hotels over the past 20 years. The Premier Inn was more than a pleasant surprise. Check in was smooth and receptionists were polite. Room was clean anad modern. I ordered more towels; they came within 15 minutes. The hotel is on the Bath Rd and for 2 pounds a person you can go to Hounslow for shopping and/or dinner. We actually went to West Drayton for fish and chips. Breakfast was great. Just remember that you can order eggs however you want them (poached, fried, boiled, etc.) at the breakfast bar and don't have to have the scrambled or fried that are on the bar itself. The Hotel Hoppa stops at the back of the hotel every 20 minutes (4 pounds per person) and is probably the cheapest and easiest way to get to all the terminals. Just make sure you get on the right one as different buses go to different terminals. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

“Fine airport hotel”

This is my regular LHR transit stopover hotel - the rates are excellent and the rooms fine (big by European standards). Sometimes check-in can be a little slow and I have heard tell that the shuttle buses to the Terminals are not always reliable - presumably this is because this hotel is the last one on a multi-hotel run and perhaps the buses fill up before they ever get to this one. But I generally arrive in evenings and leave early the mornings and have never had a problem.

“Premier Inn Heathrow- Fantastic service”

Large clean room with plenty of space. The bed was huge and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. No toiletries provided so you have to buy them at the desk if you forget anything. Good range of facilities. Costa coffee shop, Hotel restaurant and separate bar. Regular buses run from the hotel to Heathrow terminals so it saves on time and worry.(Ask the staff at the desk and they'll be able to help you). Very well organised hotel. (Its used by flight crews on their stop-overs so you know you won't miss your flight). Very well priced for its location and quality. Plenty of polite, helpful and well presented staff.

“Great Hotel!”

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was easy to get the Hoppa bus to the airport. I'd stay here again and will recommend it to my coworkers!!

“Excellently priced!!”

Hotel is very close to Heathrow. They do offer a Hotel Hoppa bus service. Also getting a taxi is very affordable as well. Rooms are clean and tidy. The food was very tasty and satisfying. They do offer a bar downstairs as well as a coffee stand. For staying a couple of nights, either entering the U.K. or when leaving, you cannot go wrong.

“Beyond My Expectations”

I'm an older, single woman and I felt completely comfortable at this hotel. Check-in was easy and my room was impeccably clean. The amenities were as described and I was treated with respect when I ventured into the bar for a late night-cap after a long journey. The most singular aspect of my stay was the fact that although my room was just yards away from a very busy road, I did not hear any traffic sounds whatsoever ! Amazing ! I enjoyed a really sound night's sleep. My only real issue is that of internet service: I'm not used to having to pay for a connection; many hotels, particularly in the US, offer internet without charge (most notably, there is one hotel in Florence, Italy where a desk-top computer is provided in EACH room !!!!!!!
