Clean, convinent and comfortable.

It's only worth it if there is a good offer. The bed is large and comfortable, feeling refreshed in the morning. Efficiently working air conditioner. I also like the shower but the absent door means a wet floor afterwards. View is poor, obstructed by the large renovating building

Good hotel with reservations

Superb environment. However our room had no full length mirror and the remote control for television was missing. Staff dealt well with these shortcomings. Breakfast wait of ten minutes unfortunate but they were busy. Reception staff superb

Reliably warm service

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: The staff are super-welcoming and one can access just about anywhere in London, including LHR, via the extensive public transport adjacent to hotel.
Cons: The fitness center, with a wall of glass windows, was like a sauna in the middle of a sunny morning.
Excellent service and location, albeit priced at premium levels.

Nice place, well located

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Great location, nice clean, comfortable rooms
Cons: The bar area was noisy and uninviting. needed toning down into an area where you could sit, talk and relax.
Location: Close to St Pancras and Kings Cross which in turn meant an easy walk to Bloomsbury, British Museum and walkable to the West End
A few problems with the computer system which meant it took an age to check us in and again to check us out. However, the staff member who dealt with us was genuinely apologetic and embarrassed and so it almost didn't matter

Watch out for a one minute call at Five Pounds! Yo

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Breakfast.
Cons: Calls out should be reasonable.
Great staff, but a 5 Pound call to a support center for help on a computer issue was excessive. The breakfast was great and the housekeeping was fine. We faces away from Eusten Road and had a good night's sleep on the eighth floor. St. Pancras is just a short walk away. Across the street is a Pret for cheap eats, and a laundromat with a helpful staff is also a short walk away. I'm still smarting from a 5 Pound call. What a way to lose a star, Pullman St. Pancras. There is sno way to justify this type of charge.
