Great views, great location.Posted Nov 16, 2014
Staying in town for a concert in Camden this hotel was close enough to walk to the venue. It was also super close to transport and right next to the British LIbrary so we could go to the exhibition there before going home the day after. The staff were all very polite and keen to help. The hotel is very modern and with the current artwork selection all by a rock photographer it was also super cool. The views over town at night were amazing.

nice hotel next to train stationPosted Nov 3, 2014
I originally just booked a room for one night but then decided to stay another night because I loved the hotel and I loved the staff but when I tried to check in again for the second night. I received a different experience. I entered the hotel after coming from the city centre and was immediately greeted by a staff member but her tone and look suggested like I was in the wrong hotel or something. I told her I was checking in and then she gestured to an available reception desk and I walked there, the front desk agent told me that she was currently checking in someone and that I should wait, I obliged and waited a couple of feet away from her. After she checked in the guest, she gave the keys to the family that was sitting down in the lobby. She returned to her desk and said nothing to me. I stood there, in the same place for about 7 mins as she continued to stare at me. In fact, it wasn't just one person, it was her and a colleague at one desk. In this 7 mins, they occasionally looked down pretending they were doing something, but mostly they were looking at us. It was only when my face turned sour that they said something to me. It was really awkward and not professional. The first person that checked us in for the first night informed us of the gym and sauna, which you needed a pass to use but this front desk agent didn't bother to mention it. Also, my friend was spending some time with me at the hotel but she needed to go home around 4 am, we asked the front desk agent to

Modern hotel near to St Pancras and Kings CrosPosted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: Clean and Modern
Location: Close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations and also lots of restaurants and pubs
Second time we have stayed here and would definately stay again. One slight bugbear was that we paid £20 per person per night extra for breakfast which although there was an amazing choice available, I did think this was expensive considering there are lots of places around the area to eat for a fraction of the price.

Cons: Very little
Location: So convenient to walk to many cultural sites around Central London. Great for tube and trains and Heathrow.
Lovely modern renovation and lobby was usually filled with people and had a good atmosphere. Didn't get a chance to eat in but menu looked interesting.

We loved staying in this hotel.Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: The quality of service is wonderful. We loved our time there because the staff is friendly, capable, well informed and they love the city they live in
Cons: I loved everything.
Location: All of London is a few minutes away from Pullman London St Pancras because it is right next to the train station and the tube!! Visit the Library!
It was a great relief to arrive in this hotel at the end of a lengthy trip through Europe. It is very well located, two blocks from the largest train station in the city, perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and bright. I loved the choice of toiletries available every day and the views of the Library are wonderful. What made our visit special were the incredibly attentive personnel at Pullman London St Pancras. They made us feel welcome and safe from the first moment. They were wonderfully well informed about the choices for sightseeing, even taking time to indicate us, in a map, where to find the museums that interested us. At the end of our visit, they were helpful and precise procuring transportation for us to get to the airport. Needless to say, we look forward our next visit. Thank you for a job well done.
