We loved staying in this hotel.

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: The quality of service is wonderful. We loved our time there because the staff is friendly, capable, well informed and they love the city they live in
Cons: I loved everything.
Location: All of London is a few minutes away from Pullman London St Pancras because it is right next to the train station and the tube!! Visit the Library!
It was a great relief to arrive in this hotel at the end of a lengthy trip through Europe. It is very well located, two blocks from the largest train station in the city, perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and bright. I loved the choice of toiletries available every day and the views of the Library are wonderful. What made our visit special were the incredibly attentive personnel at Pullman London St Pancras. They made us feel welcome and safe from the first moment. They were wonderfully well informed about the choices for sightseeing, even taking time to indicate us, in a map, where to find the museums that interested us. At the end of our visit, they were helpful and precise procuring transportation for us to get to the airport. Needless to say, we look forward our next visit. Thank you for a job well done.

Cons: In room coffee could be better. Go Keurig.
Located right between Kings Cross and Euston station. Awesome rock and roll photos throughout lobby and hallways. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable Room Near Transportation

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The comfortable and pleasant room as well as the convenience of subway and train transportation.
Cons: The price is relatively high for what it offers. The hallways could use more vibrant colors to break the drab gray color.
Location: Near The British Library, The British Museum and the Eurostar for Paris.
The hotel is situated within walking distance of subway and trains, many sandwich and local food restaurants as well as The British Library. You can take the Piccadilly subway line from Heathrow airport and walk to the hotel. The room was pleasantly decorated and comfortable as well as relatively large by London standards. However, it lacked drawer space for couples planning to stay longer than a day. The hallways could use some vibrant colors as well as more attention to repairing nicks and scratches on some of the doors. Although the staff was welcoming and the room comfortable, the price should be in keeping with a 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel.

It is located next door to the British Library and very close to the King's Cross St. Pancras tube station. Also, it is one tube station away from the British Museum.

Convenient for Eurostar

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Clean, friendly with modern rooms
Cons: The price, but I suppose it is market driven
Location: British Library worth a visit
We stayed at this hotel as it was convenient to Eurostar St Pancras station. It was a lovely hotel but it is expensive, so you have to balance that with staying at a less expensive hotel further from the station and carrying your heavy luggage on the Tube or the expense of a taxi through London.

Hotel for a special birthday.

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: It was immaculate. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a great variety of food for all tastes. Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: I find it hard to recommend anything that would improve this hotel
Location: Ideally placed next to Kings Cross/St Pancras so very close to the tube. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants round about.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, experienced and helpful. The room was fantastic. The facilities are really good within the hotel with an excellent bar. The hotel itself was immaculate. I'll definitely be back and would have no hesitations recommending it to anyone.
