Can't really fault this hotel. Great location. Really helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Clean. Modern decor. Only bad point was I thought air conditioning fan was a bit noisy in room so switched it off at night. Would definitely stay again. Would recommend

Modern hotel near to St Pancras and Kings CrosPosted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: Clean and Modern
Location: Close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations and also lots of restaurants and pubs
Second time we have stayed here and would definately stay again. One slight bugbear was that we paid £20 per person per night extra for breakfast which although there was an amazing choice available, I did think this was expensive considering there are lots of places around the area to eat for a fraction of the price.

Pullman king's crossPosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Rooms comfortable with modern bathroom and good quality . Free computers in lobby great
Cons: Very little
Location: So convenient to walk to many cultural sites around Central London. Great for tube and trains and Heathrow.
Lovely modern renovation and lobby was usually filled with people and had a good atmosphere. Didn't get a chance to eat in but menu looked interesting.

We loved staying in this hotel.Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: The quality of service is wonderful. We loved our time there because the staff is friendly, capable, well informed and they love the city they live in
Cons: I loved everything.
Location: All of London is a few minutes away from Pullman London St Pancras because it is right next to the train station and the tube!! Visit the Library!
It was a great relief to arrive in this hotel at the end of a lengthy trip through Europe. It is very well located, two blocks from the largest train station in the city, perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and bright. I loved the choice of toiletries available every day and the views of the Library are wonderful. What made our visit special were the incredibly attentive personnel at Pullman London St Pancras. They made us feel welcome and safe from the first moment. They were wonderfully well informed about the choices for sightseeing, even taking time to indicate us, in a map, where to find the museums that interested us. At the end of our visit, they were helpful and precise procuring transportation for us to get to the airport. Needless to say, we look forward our next visit. Thank you for a job well done.

Cons: In room coffee could be better. Go Keurig.
Located right between Kings Cross and Euston station. Awesome rock and roll photos throughout lobby and hallways. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable Room Near TransportationPosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The comfortable and pleasant room as well as the convenience of subway and train transportation.
Cons: The price is relatively high for what it offers. The hallways could use more vibrant colors to break the drab gray color.
Location: Near The British Library, The British Museum and the Eurostar for Paris.
The hotel is situated within walking distance of subway and trains, many sandwich and local food restaurants as well as The British Library. You can take the Piccadilly subway line from Heathrow airport and walk to the hotel. The room was pleasantly decorated and comfortable as well as relatively large by London standards. However, it lacked drawer space for couples planning to stay longer than a day. The hallways could use some vibrant colors as well as more attention to repairing nicks and scratches on some of the doors. Although the staff was welcoming and the room comfortable, the price should be in keeping with a 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel.

It is located next door to the British Library and very close to the King's Cross St. Pancras tube station. Also, it is one tube station away from the British Museum.
