High class hotel with an awesome experience

Posted Dec 7, 2014
Pros: The room and the view is amazing, the hotel and it's lobby is so modern and elegant.
Cons: Pricing can sometimes be a bit steep. Also as the hotel is on the main Euston road it can get a bit noisy, but that adds to the ambience!
Location: Didn't really look around Euston but the hotel is central to everything and Euston train / subway and bus station is less than five minutes away.
Really enjoyed my stay at Pullman Hotel. Beautifully modern hotel which provides a great Euston experience. Rooms are perfect and have everything you'd expect and want in them. Courteous and helpful staff which are happy to help with your every request. Food and drinks are delicious but can be a bit pricey.

Great London Hotel

Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Modern, spotless, great breakfast, friendly staff. Spacious room.
Cons: We arrived at 2 (check in time) we had to wait 1 hour on our room being ready. we did get a complimentary drink but would've liked the extra hour!
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel. It is a very short walk from Kings Cross so really handy after a 5 hour train journey! We were in a superior room which had a king size bed plus a sofa bed for our 6 year old. The sofa bed was in an alcove area so it was almost like she was sleeping in her own room (and had her own flat screen TV). Our king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have encountered. Everything you could possibly need.

Great location

This hotel is in a great location and very close to Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston stations. It is modern, comfortable and was great for us. My ONLY grumble was that one of the clearing staff at breakfast had dreadful BO. This was a shame as the breakfast itself was fantastic!

Great views, great location.

Staying in town for a concert in Camden this hotel was close enough to walk to the venue. It was also super close to transport and right next to the British LIbrary so we could go to the exhibition there before going home the day after. The staff were all very polite and keen to help. The hotel is very modern and with the current artwork selection all by a rock photographer it was also super cool. The views over town at night were amazing.

nice hotel next to train station

Posted Nov 3, 2014
I originally just booked a room for one night but then decided to stay another night because I loved the hotel and I loved the staff but when I tried to check in again for the second night. I received a different experience. I entered the hotel after coming from the city centre and was immediately greeted by a staff member but her tone and look suggested like I was in the wrong hotel or something. I told her I was checking in and then she gestured to an available reception desk and I walked there, the front desk agent told me that she was currently checking in someone and that I should wait, I obliged and waited a couple of feet away from her. After she checked in the guest, she gave the keys to the family that was sitting down in the lobby. She returned to her desk and said nothing to me. I stood there, in the same place for about 7 mins as she continued to stare at me. In fact, it wasn't just one person, it was her and a colleague at one desk. In this 7 mins, they occasionally looked down pretending they were doing something, but mostly they were looking at us. It was only when my face turned sour that they said something to me. It was really awkward and not professional. The first person that checked us in for the first night informed us of the gym and sauna, which you needed a pass to use but this front desk agent didn't bother to mention it. Also, my friend was spending some time with me at the hotel but she needed to go home around 4 am, we asked the front desk agent to
