Great valuePosted Apr 30, 2015
I had the King Suite. Slightly older decor but very clean and comfortable. Easy access to WiFi with direct line. Free hot breakfast with a lot of variety.

Nice cozy atmosphere!Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Close to al the amenities one might need. Also, fun Bingo hall just up the street.
Cons: Update the furniture a bit.
Location: Right next to the White Oaks Mall in London for shopping. Lots of places to eat and, a Bingo Hall just two doors over for Bingo enthusiasts.
This hotel is nicely set-up but the furniture could use a little updating. Nice that there are windows that actually open up so you can get fresh air in the room. The room had percolated and instant coffee, along with a tea kettle which was different. Breakfast bar was your regular bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee with the addition of pre-formed eggs and sausage. Also, waffles. If staying here and prefer cream to instant whitener in the room, grab some extra milk/creamers from the 24 hour coffee bar at the front desk. Noise seems to travel through the rooms unfortunately and having a whole slew of college kids staying there my first night, made for not so quiet a sleep. Other than that, the room was just right.

Visiting family in LondonPosted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Two room suites allow a family of 2 to 4 to relax without being crammed together.
Cons: A bedside table on each side of a king bed would have made my wife happy.
Location: Our visit was for connecting with local family members. We could visit everyone without imposing on them.
We have stayed here several times before. The suites allow 2 to 4 people to find some space.

Alright but not my first choice againPosted Apr 4, 2015
Just was not impressed, the lamps had dirty crusty finger prints along with the floors didn't look to clean either. Also didn't like the fact that at 5pm all the hotel housekeeping was gone so I had to go down to the front desk for an extra blanket

Room well maintained. Lots of room, and all amenities were in working order. Bed was extremely comfortable, and I woke up feeling very relaxed and wanting to start my day. The complimentary breakfast was hot, and delicious, with lots of options on what you can eat.

Nice experience.Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room.
Location: Located just off the 401 and Wellington in London. The mall, cinema theatre , and many restaurants to pick from within walking distance.
Very friendly staff. When we arrived, we were asked if we had stayed there before. When I told him no, he gave us upgraded our room at no extra charge. Breakfast was typical for most hotels and enjoyed by the two of us. All in all, we were completely happy with our stay.

Smoke smell and loud heaterPosted Mar 9, 2015
Cons: fully fumigate the hotel--are smoking rooms next to non-smoking--smoke permeates entire hotel. Get updated furnace systems.
Although the room was clean and the beds comfortable, we had reserved a non-smoking room and the air was stale and smoke hung in the air. We smelled smoke in the bedding and it Dmust have been in the walls--poor ventilation. In addition when we turned on the heat thermostat to 21, it started its cycle with a loud bang. Because of this we were both awoken with the bang each time it started. Finally at 3 am I turned off the heat entirely, it was better to be cold than not have any sleep at all.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space in room. Parking in winter time can be a little challenging.
