Great hotel, close to theaters and shopping.

Pros: It's proximity to the west end and the theatre district.
Wonderful hotel to stay at when visiting London. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and neat. We were pleased with the hotels location. It is within walking distance to two underground stations and in a terrific area for shopping.

Good Location

Pros: The location and we slept good which is a bonus.....
Cons: Bathroom a little on the small size. We aren't large people so it was ok but would be a bit of a squeeze if of larger build!
Location: Close to Oxford street.... We live in a small Island and come for the shopping!
We have stayed here a couple of times before and find it really handy for shopping with St Christopher's Square lovely with access to loads of Resturants. Would difinetlydo stay again.

Superb in every way.

Pros: Staff were amazing, very accommodating and the rooms were superb.
Cons: Cant think of anything.
Location: Location right next to Regent St made this the perfect location.
We stayed here during our 2014 Gumball3000 trip, due to being located next too Regent Street and Goldon Square meant we could go to a hotel and stay away from the crowd. The staff were superb, they looked after us in every way and the rooms were A1. If ever in London in the future we would look at rebooking this hotel. Others should take note.

Nice location but thats about it.

I stayed 11 nights on a trip with my mother. The staff were very friendly but very overwhelmed by the work, the hotel was very understaffed and too busy sometimes to even answer the phone, i even avoid using the concierge for bookings from how busy they are. The rooms were very very small to an extent that we had to send our suitcases to the storage rooms, and we had to overfill the closets with the few shopping items we purchased. The bathrooms are too small and the toilet seats are hard to sit on that i banged my hips a few times while trying to sit on it. The pictures make the rooms look much better which shocked us when we saw the rooms, they are mostly for the suites which could fool people while booking. The single beds werj the smallest

Located 10 metres from Oxford street just above Disney store and across next door to Bond Street tube station. Despite older exterior foyer and rooms were very modern.
