No good for business stayPosted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Nice clean room. Good breakfast.
Cons: Ensure business travellers are put in quiet rooms. Re-design the showers, as these are abysmal.
Although on business I was put in a room at the front, facing the main road. Even though on the 6th floor, the noise from people shouting, and general traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. Can't believe they didn't have secondary glazing. Bathroom was flooded as the shower was poorly designed and I had to use 2 towels to mop it up. Only had a feeble apology and not recompense. Air con was useful. Was also overcharged. They're very sneeky and put your bill in an envelope so you don't get to check it before you leave!

weeekend visit to London with best friends.Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Excellent customer services. Staff polite, friendly and interested in your visit to London.
Cons: Carpet could do with cleaning as looked extremely dirty and our first impression it made the room look very unclean.
Location: Excellent location, easy access to the underground.
Excellent location. A little disappointed as on arrival our reservation for double rooms had been made into twin rooms for both parties. We were offered alternative to stay in the sister hotel with a King size bed of which was not nice but not our preference. We would also informed that we would receive complimentary discount voucher for breakfast, but of which we never received this. Overall experience good.

Short weekend breakPosted Nov 6, 2014
Pros: Near to everything that we wanted to see and do for the weekend.
Location: We had planned a theatre trip nearby and there was a fabulous Turkish restaurant across the road from the hotel well worth a visit.
We had a lovely stay at the Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time in London. The hotel was an excellent choice, near to everything we wanted to do. We appreciated that we could check our bags in before we checked in and after we checked out as this made our sightseeing much easier - thank you. My only niggle was that I had a "lumpy" mattress on my bed and it made for an uncomfortable nights sleep - other than that everything was perfect.

'The unromantic weekend!' courtesy of Radisson BluPosted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: If I had the opportunity to stay there I would be able to tell you!
Cons: Yes... be more thoughtful when allocating rooms.
Location: It was exactly where I wanted to be which is the reason for booking it ... however it's not where I ended up...
I didn't stay here because, even though I rang to confirm my 'double room' on the Wednesday and explain I would be checking in late ( thought i'd be courteous!) When I arrived I had a twin room.... not the romantic weekend I had planned. They clearly realized THEIR mistake as the young man checking us in went to get a manger before releasing the key. I was very unhappy and demanded a refund as i'd rather go home then pay an extortionate amount for a room I don't want. However.... they would not refund me because I had booked through Expedia!! ( lesson 1 learnt!) so to get a double room I ended up being moved to their sister Hotel in Leicester Square at 11pm on a Saturday night. Let me tell you that is a challenge on its own with the party revelers and crowds to fight through with a trolley case!.. It ruined my Birthday surprise for my partner and it wasn't a cheap weekend. I'd have had better service from the Travelodge!! (lesson 2 )
