Fantastic suite, really helpful staffPosted Feb 15, 2014
Pros: Really nice breakfast, helpful staff and a superb room. Can't fault this place - top notch.
Location: The hotel is on Leicester Square so it's on the doorstep of the theatres, cinemas and nightlife.
We arrived off the Edinburgh-Euston sleeper early in the morning. Check-in wasn't until the afternoon and so our room wasn't ready. The staff gave us complimentary coffee in the lounge and got our room ready early, which was unexpected and very welcome. The facilities are excellent - the room was extremely comfortable: a huge bed, nice sofa and a massive bathroom - and all spotlessly clean.

Close Everything!Posted Jan 20, 2014
Pros: The Staff, The Service...Everything
Location: close to all restaurants, underground and cinemas.
We stayed here to go to a recent movie premiere and we were very excited, we checked in and a very nice concierge immediately offered us the room with an amazing view of leicester square and the red carpet! We had one of the best stays here!

Great locationPosted Jan 12, 2014
We are travelling with a large family group and requiring family rooms. Staff were very helpful, large and comfort family rooms overlooking Leicster Square. Great location close to many restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance to London sights.

Excellent Location!Posted Jan 1, 2014
Pros: The location of this hotel could not have been better as far as suiting the needs of a tourist to London!
Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of Leister Square, close to Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, #10 Downing, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey ...
This hotel is in Leister Square which provides a lot of entertainment in itself, but is also very centrally located for all theaters, most of the sights you want to see when you're in London and many excellent restaurants! Almost everything is within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, very clean and well appointed.

Hotel good but a little noisyPosted Dec 31, 2013
Pros: It closer to most of the activities and interesting things around London and closer to the tube station
Cons: The lifts were quite small and during check in times when there was a lot of people we had to wait for a while for the lift.
Location: Lots of theaters, regent street and convent garden with loads of restaurants
The hotel is very good but the proximity to Leicester square makes it a little noisy especially at night. The staff were very friendly.

Friendly and perfect locationPosted Dec 19, 2013
Pros: Great ambiance and decor.
Cons: Seal the windows from drafts and noise pollution.
Location: Perfect location for the theaters, cinema, restaurants, shops and some key tourist attractions e.g. Nelsons column, Buckingham Palace
Arrived to a warm welcome by the concierge who helped us out of the taxi and into the hotel. The receptionist was quick and efficient in checking us in, which meant that it wasn't long before we were in our the room and our stay in London could begin. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the enjoyment of our mini break.

The location of this hotel could not be better.Posted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: The location
Cons: We stayed in room 715 . The signs on leaving the lift show rooms to 714. A little Harry Potter experience? We found 715 and it was good
Location: Close to bars, restaurants, theatres and tube.
You walk out of the hotel straight into Leicester Square full of bars , restaurants and London life! It really is a most convenient location and lots of places to visit are within walking distance .

Have stayed twice in this hotel. All of the staff in the reception area are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, it's great to actually have a comfortable bed and pillows, which is not always the case, even in expensive hotels. My room was on the front of the hotel and was a little noisy as it was a weekend. Previously I had a room to the back of the hotel which was much quieter.
