Great location

My husband and I came for vacation and we were so pleased with the location! Our room overlooked the London Eye and Big Ben. The room not large but functional and clean. The staff met all our needs in a timely manner! We will return!

Very friendly staff

Staff are very friendly and we had a room overlooking Leicester square with minimal noise, would have been nice to open the windows but it's nothing major.

The room we were given was much too small for 2 people! There wasn't even enough room for 2 suitcases.

Great location

I haven't been to London in years, so I picked this hotel for the great location. It was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was pretty small but comfortable, 2 twin beds for my son and myself. Had a fridge, iron, robes and hair drier. Restaurant downstairs had good food, but the wait to get food was very long, about 1/2 hr for tea and dessert. It was adequate and I would stay there again. But sorry, hotels in uk are not as nice as hotels in America. They often need much updating.

Family Birthday Celebraton

Posted May 29, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff were very professional and friendly. Great Room
Location: Great restaurants, close to a lot of tourist spots of Trafalgar Square, The Strand, Pall Mall. The theatre district and Covent Gardens.
Spent 2 days in London with the family to celebrate a birthday. So wanted something special and it was. The room overlooking Leicester Square was lovely. It was a large room (especially by London standards) for the 3 of us. Great Location for what we wanted to do, everything was within walking distance - Theatres, Chinatown, Covent Gardens, Horse Guards and Parliament.

Great location

The hotel is located right on Leicester Square so extremely convenient to all amenities. Cleanliness was good. The toiletries in the room were disappointing for a 5 star, in terms of the quality (not designer!) of product and that the dispensers are stuck to the wall the same as Holiday Inns. The rooms were fairly quiet except our had the air conditioners on the roof and so the whole room vibrated and hummed and it reminisced a ships engine. Didn't eat in the restaurant as at £23 per breakfast you can walk to one of the restaurants next door and get just as good for half the price. Although a deluxe room it was not the largest of rooms.

Superb location for a night out in Central London

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: Location. Security.
Cons: Remote control didn't work too well but that's about it...
Location: Went to Royal Opera House for Tosca 10 mins - couldn't have been better. Walked to Ronnie Scott's for night cap again just 10 mins - excellent...
Very nice stay. Nice view of Leicester Square from room. Felt very secure and comfortable.

Excellent Location

Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: Location , Staff, Comfort
Location: The hotel is in Leicester Square and therefore very central for all that London has to offer
This hotel is perfectly situated right in Leicester Square. Reception was very efficient and found us a room even though we were checking in early. The was spacious ( at least by London standards) it was very well maintained and had all the facilities one would need. All staff were attentive and very professional. Can not comment on food since did not use the restaurant.
