The room we were given was much too small for 2 people! There wasn't even enough room for 2 suitcases.

Great locationPosted Jun 1, 2014
I haven't been to London in years, so I picked this hotel for the great location. It was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was pretty small but comfortable, 2 twin beds for my son and myself. Had a fridge, iron, robes and hair drier. Restaurant downstairs had good food, but the wait to get food was very long, about 1/2 hr for tea and dessert. It was adequate and I would stay there again. But sorry, hotels in uk are not as nice as hotels in America. They often need much updating.

Family Birthday CelebratonPosted May 29, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff were very professional and friendly. Great Room
Location: Great restaurants, close to a lot of tourist spots of Trafalgar Square, The Strand, Pall Mall. The theatre district and Covent Gardens.
Spent 2 days in London with the family to celebrate a birthday. So wanted something special and it was. The room overlooking Leicester Square was lovely. It was a large room (especially by London standards) for the 3 of us. Great Location for what we wanted to do, everything was within walking distance - Theatres, Chinatown, Covent Gardens, Horse Guards and Parliament.

Superb location for a night out in Central LondonPosted May 13, 2014
Pros: Location. Security.
Cons: Remote control didn't work too well but that's about it...
Location: Went to Royal Opera House for Tosca 10 mins - couldn't have been better. Walked to Ronnie Scott's for night cap again just 10 mins - excellent...
Very nice stay. Nice view of Leicester Square from room. Felt very secure and comfortable.

Excellent LocationPosted May 9, 2014
Pros: Location , Staff, Comfort
Location: The hotel is in Leicester Square and therefore very central for all that London has to offer
This hotel is perfectly situated right in Leicester Square. Reception was very efficient and found us a room even though we were checking in early. The was spacious ( at least by London standards) it was very well maintained and had all the facilities one would need. All staff were attentive and very professional. Can not comment on food since did not use the restaurant.

Brilliant locationPosted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Staff were very concerned about our comfort and whether we were enjoying our stay.
Location: Hotel was in Leicester Square. Close to shops in Regents and Oxford streets, Theatres, Trafalgar square, National Gallery, St James's Park...etc.
Hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing, visiting galleries, shopping and theatre-going. Bar was comfortable and reasonably priced considering the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Added bonus was a birds-eye view of the premiere of Spiderman 2 from our window!

business trip and some tourismPosted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Location , Location, Location. Room size was very comfortable. Reception personnel very courteous and helpful.
Cons: The mood of waitress and waiters in the cafeteria . They were really mad all three days and no attention to get you pleased.
Location: great near restaurants around Leicester Sq. , Picaddilly , Trafalgar , restaurants , theaters. In the center of everything.
I moved to this hotel from another in the same area. The reception people were superb getting me an accomodation immediatly and trying to satisfy my needs. Really impressing.

DisappointedPosted Apr 7, 2014
We were moved to another hotel because we were late booking in. However this was supposed to be a treat. Although the hotel wss ok the room was very small and was not what I expected as a ' superior room ' I was very disappointed. :(

Great hotel, great location!Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Location was right on Leicester Square. Handy for everything but even on the first floor we couldn't hear anything of the activity going on outside.
Location: Right in the theatre district and only a short walk from Soho, Coventry Garden etc
Stayed to celebrate our anniversary and can't speak highly enough of this hotel! The location was great, the room exceptional and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We arrived early but our room was ready for us and the bottle of wine was an unexpected and lovely touch. Will definitely choose to stay here again.
