Excellent hotel, neat surroundings.Posted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: Very good hotel in every respect.
Cons: A good recliner.
Location: O2 arena is two stops and 30 minutes away from the hotel (if the DLR and the Jubilee line are running on schedule). London City airport is the same.

Lovely modern hotel close to O2Posted Nov 1, 2013
Pros: Rooms, location
Cons: Some of staff in wine bar/restaurant not that friendly or helpful which is often the case when 12.5% service charge is automatically added to bill.
Location: O2, Jubilee line close by for easy trips more centrally
Stayed for Micky Flanagan at O2 which sadly ended up being cancelled last minute but stayed anyway for two nights. Good weekend anyway in very comfortable hotel in great central location.

Brilliant location for 02Posted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: The look, it was very modern and not too pricey.
Cons: There was only 1 bottle of water to share in the room, yes there is a mini bar in the room but everything was far too expensive in it, kit kat £3.50 !
Location: Not much nearby within wAlking distance , but tube not far so everything is only a tube ride away.
Stayed here as it was close to 02 , but still close enough for Central London. Staff, facitilies were all excellent , needed taxis to canary warf as local train line was closed, staff got us a taxi in minutes to take us, everything was very pleasant .

Lovely hotelPosted Oct 29, 2013
It was an amazing hotel, very high standard. The staff were amazing nothing too much trouble, fussed over the children. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be away slightly from the noise of Central London.

Excellent hotel near the O2Posted Oct 13, 2013
Pros: Excellent room
Location: O2 is just over the water, Canary Wharf is a few stops away and there is a complementary shuttle service on week days.
Stayed in a family room that was very spacious with a separate lounge/dining area that had a sofa bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from Blackwall DLR. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Modern stylish hotel a pleasure to stay at!Posted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: Beautiful clean, modern and lovely hotel rooms. Great location overlooking the water and with fairly easy access to central London
Cons: There is some building work going on outside at the moment to extend the terrace but once this is finished it will look much nicer around that area.
Location: Great location opposite the O2 and with easy access to London on the DLR (a ten minute walk to the station)
We found this hotel to be beautiful modern and clean. We had a family suite which our two daughters loved! The bathroom was especially fabulous! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We travelled into London via the DLR which was only a ten minute walk from the hotel and fairly easy to then get to other tube stations. We had an evening meal at the hotel and the food was delicious and also the breakfast the following morning was a lovely experience. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
