Great location for 02 & Canary WharfPosted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Very modern, great location, love finishing touches and welcoming staff.
Cons: We booked (and charged for 4 persons) however it's really annoying to only have to share 2 glasses, 2 bottle of water, 2 cups and oddly 3 bath towels
Stayed on a very busy day in the pre-Xmas run up. Hotel staff could not be more accommodating. Room very clean & comfortable and we would definately stay again. We decided to park at Canary Wharf which was only a 10 minute walk away and we planned on shopping there anyway so it gave us somewhere to leave our bags. Very minor, upon arrival for pre-evening drinks in the bar we were asked to take a seat and our order would be taken, these took 15 mins to order and another 15 mins to arrive, so we ended up having to drink them in a hurry to catch the shuttle bus, which is a lovely conveinent touch. We booked for family including two teens and there was plenty of space for us all. On booking we requested in advance that the sofa bed was made up and also a rollaway bed (which we paid extra for) however we did have to request that this was supplied again before we went out for the evening - unfortunately this was a very old and saggy so not comfortable at all, which was not the expected standard.

Weekend breakPosted Dec 15, 2014
Nice hotel, room very good, bed comfy. View from the room not so good. Looking at a building site - wouldn't like to stay during week as I expect it would be noisy from 7-30 onwards.

Fantastic hotel which is close to Canary WharfPosted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: Frankly everything - this is a tasteful well appointed and really comfortable hotel with excellent rooms, hotel facilities and great staff
Location: Near to Canary Wharf and DLR/Jubilee Line. Also near to cable car over Thames to O2 but more of a taxi ride than a walk.
Tucked away in Providence Wharf this hotel ouses class without being pretentious. Your car is wisked away and valet parked, check-in was a breeze and immediately you enter the reception area you can see how well laid out and tasteful the hotel is. Nice little touches like free fruit, fresh juice and even a childrens sweet trolley added something "extra". We were lucky enough to have a suite and in all honesty it was one of the cleanest and best appointed room we have stayed in. Everything had been thought about and equipment levels were staggering from widescreen Internet enabled TV's in all rooms (and bathroom), climate control in each room, Nespresso machine and box presented expresso cups/selection of coffees, Bose stereo's etc. Bathroom fittings and level of "fit out" was equally impressive. Huge space with sofa, separate arm chairs desk area and separate area with small table and further chairs. Staff were really helpful and genuinely pleasant throughout our whole stay. Great breakfast in glass extension area looking out onto O2. Would have liked to stay longer as we were struggling to find anything wrong and felt incredibly comfortable all the time we were there.

Cons: I can't think of any improvement.
Location: We used this hotel to travel into London.
Only disappointment was we got a double bed when we had ordered a twin bedded room.

A great hotel with fabulous views .Posted Oct 29, 2014
Pros: The ideal situation and the wonderful staff.
Cons: Not really anything
Location: We were only there overnight but we visited Canary Wharf and Greenwich , travelled on the water taxis which is a great way to travel around.
We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian New providence Wharf, the staff couldn't be more helpful particularly Emma who was a natural and charming front of house. The hotel is in an ideal situation for a visit to the O2 arena. The breakfast was good and sitting in the conservatory looking over the river was lovely. Thankyou.
