Pros: Quiet, clean, well equipped with friendly efficient staff.
Cons: Nothing that I noticed.
Location: Close to Blackwall DLR. There's not much nearby except a small coffee shop and an Italian restaurant. Cross the river to Greenwich via foot tunnel.
We stayed here before the London100 Bike ride because of it's proximity to the start at the Olympic Park. We drove up and the concierge parked the car with no fuss. We were told by reception we could take the bike to our room so there was no panic in the morning getting it from the car. There were 100's of guests who had bikes and they were all wheeling them in with their kit and the hotel were calm and accommodating. Breakfast service started especially early at 5am on Sunday to enable participants to eat before they left. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and well equipped and the room was quiet and spotlessly clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location: good for Ride london and anything in docklands
nice hotel, good location if a little cramped to park etc (there is a lot of construction happening around it). Was there for Ride London and they started breakfast at 5 to cater for this so thats a plus. Made the mistake of having dinner in the restaurant, 2 hours later and after asking 5 times we finally received something to eat, overall that spoilt the experience but after complaining we were not charged for the food.

Staff were great and overall hotel ambience, quality of room fixtures/fittings were good. Restaurant service was terrible - they clearly don't bother to change napkins between guests. Mine had lipstick stains from the previous user.

Stayed here for 2 nights while traveling. Nicest room I've actually stayed in when in the London area. Spacious, modern and spotless. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly and location suited us very well. 10 minutes to the centre of Canary Wharf. Definitely recommend.

Location: Good for 02 but would like a river taxi from the hotel to 02, although it is just across the river, you have to go to Canary Wharf for a river taxi

Location: In the city centre and only 10 mins approx from the 02 arena.
From start to finish the hotel and staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble.

Beautifully clean and well presented hotel. Staff could not do enough to help. Service in restaurant bit slow but were quite busy. Complimentary sweet trolley, drinks and fruit were nice touch. Rooms spacious and very modern. Would definitely stay again

Hotel location a bit far out of the city. Hotel itself modern, room nice but overlooked another (close) building. Hotel staff very stiff and cool in their greeting of you. Never greeted you when returning to hotel. When we checked in at 6pm our room wasn't ready and we had to wait- not acceptable, no apology. Seemed more concerned with helping next guest than solving our problem. Would not recommend.
