“Basic Accomodation”
Room was really small with no fan or air conditioning. Whole hotel has one Iron and you have to keep borrowing it. Receptionists are not exactly polite.
“Reem”
I would not recommend this hotel. The room was extremely small. There was not enough room for anything but the bed. Due to it's size there was not a desk or dresser. Paint was also coming off one of the walls and the bathroom had dry rot damage that needed to be repaired. Spend your money somewhere else.
“Great value, great location, great service”
This hotel is on a nice little square and very close to the underground, shopping, and food. Rooms where small (as to be expected at this price in London) but clean. Staff is very nice and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport since there was a transit strike. Overall, very happy with our stay.

“Avoid”
I would avoid booking this hotel. Only about half of the front desk staff is competent. Those that are are very nice and do their job very well. Unfortunately, their co-workers bring down their reputation. Our light was blown out for 3 days after multiple maintenance requests at the front desk. There was obviously sever lack of communication among the staff, and lack of prioritization of the guest. The room was small, but that was completely expected so I don't find any fault with that. However there were cobwebs in the corners, and the room just felt unclean. Breakfast was VERY good, and the staff working there were also very good. But I wouldn't say its enough to save the hotel experience.
