Excellent room and fabulous service. Can't wait to return! Be sure to try Hix restaurant located in the hotel.

Brown's Hotel

Posted Dec 31, 2011 on Hotels.com
The qualiTy of the food was not commensurate to the outrageous prices charged. We ate much better at Claridge's Hotel three blocks away at more reasonable prices. In addition beware that all rooms have duvets instead of normal blankets, which made it very hard for us to sleep. The duvets are ideal for extreme cold conditions. In Brown's the duvets were a source of intense heat that made sleep impossible. When we checked out they informed us that many people complained about them, yet the staff made no effort to replace them with lighter blankets.
