“Superb Hotel and Location”

Excellent hotel, superb location. Room a little small but superbly appointed.Very useful being close to the underground.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Glocester Road Tube station. The service starting from the Front Dest is outstanding. The breakfast is very good.

“Beautiful, refurbished rooms”

Stayed at this hotel for one night over a weekend. The room was immaculate and clearly recently refurbished to a really nice quality. Bed very comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station and is in a very nice area. Highly recommended!!

“Rydges Kensington London Hotel - Very Nice”

The hotel was very nice. The Executive Suite we were in was excellent. It was newly renovated with a contemporary look and contemporary fixtures. We couldn't have been happier with the room. The staff was friendly but weren't terribly helpful when we inquired about purchasing two throw pillows that they show for sale. We ended up purchasing the pillows from our room. The location is great. It was very close to Hyde Park and the Underground was a block away. We would stay there again when returning to London.

Was a very nice hotel, staff could have been a little nicer though. Location is great and next to the park and museums.

There is a bus stop right out side of the hotel entrance and the tube is less than a block away. The staff are friendly and well mannered but not very knowledgeable about the local attractions and events.

The first room we were given was rather small and we were disappointed, however when we upgraded the next room was really nice. Bedroom was well decorated and really comfortable, bathroom was nice and the service was also very good. I am rather particular with clensiness and bedding, so I was really satisfied and happy with my stay.

“A good value in a great location - clean with nice staff”

Clean and pleasant hotel - good amentities - nice staff. Excellent location across from Gloucester Rd tube stop and a good internet cafe. Good cafes and fast food / grocery within the block to stem meal costs for quick bites. Very small room but not unusual for Europe. I was on my own and only sleeping there so it was fine. Appeared to be larger rooms in the property. My bed could have used an upgrade. Great shower. This is the Australian chain - enjoyed it!

“A good trade off”

Excellent location in Kensington, close to all central points in central London. If you don't look for a luxury stay, this hotel is a very reasonable alternative for your stay. Rooms are a bit small, walls are a bit thin (you can hear the guy next door yawning:)) and decoration seems to need a hand. But what you look for is a clean bed and a decent bathroom for an affordable price in a residential and central location, this hotel may be the perfect trade off..
