Solo in the Sanderson LondonPosted Jan 5, 2014
Pros: see above
Loved it. Staff was so helpful and friendly - and not mention all very attractive! Emily of the Concierge was such a lovely girl and helped me with dinner bookings - both amazing! Room was nice and spacious and impeccably clean at all times. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to London. Love it. Well done!!

Great HotelPosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Sanderson was amazing. Staff were very polite and professional and endeavered to make our stay a pleasant one. Room was immaculate with everything you need. We stayed in the bar until the early hours and the atmosphere was amazing. My only criticism was that one of the bar staff rudely asked us if we could afford to buy the round we'd ordered!

Pros: The Staff, the design of our room was delightful and the hotel lobby is fun and zany.
Cons: Tea and Coffee facilities in the room
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room spotless and well designed however it appears the company have a policy of not providing tea and coffee facilities in the room which is mean and irritating. When asked the staff kindly did provide a coffee maker and kettle but we should not really need to have asked.

Prime location. Hip crowd. Lovely staff. Not much to complain except my room is a few steps up and I can to drag my heavy luggage. Definitely will be back next time.

A fabulous experiencePosted Aug 23, 2013
Pros: Great location in central london yet still quiet. Great facilities, decor, design................
Cons: Lift doors were slightly temperemental. (a minor issue)
Location: Ideal for Oxford street
This hotel is the ultimate in luxury. We were unbelievably lucky to be given a free upgrade to the penthouse! I could not say a bad word about it and just wish we could have had more time to enjoy it. Fantastic views across the London skyline and all the facilities you could wish for including an above average, well equipped gym. It's also not every day that your daughter gets to bump into her One Direction idols coming out of the lift. Be careful on the mini bar though, it's not cheap!
