Urghh! The staff was the biggest disappointment. After we checked in our room around 10pm,
we noticed we didn’t have air. we attempted to call the front desk. They never answered. I had to go down to the front desk to request assistance. 45 minutes later, no one showed. I called again, no answer. It’s now around midnight. They changed our room to a double instead of a king, but never offered a refund. We we happier with the second room, because the first room had a funny smell. The room was is decent condition except for the brown stain on the bathroom ceiling. In the morning, my husband noticed he forget his toothbrush. We attempted to call the front desk, no answer again. The only other complaint was that the To-Go menu didn’t have food descriptions so couldn’t tell what accompanying sides or additions were I caused in the meal.
