Great stay near airportPosted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: location, shuttle bus, and room service
I was only in London-heathrow area inbetween flights. My flight came in at 9pm and my next flight was 4pm the next day. I picked Sheraton because of the price, but I was unaware of the internet surcharge (my fault!). Other than that, this is a good quality place to stay with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Great hotel with great staffPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The staff,room & facilities
Cons: would just prefer slightly cheaper if not free car parking for hotel residents
Location: Location was great for our stay as we were at a weekend convention at Twickenham
We stayed at the Sheraton Skyline for three nights. From check-in to check-out the service was top notch, no negative comments at all !!! Would recommend !!

Your hotel offered all I wanted in a 1-day trip.Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: A modern facility, bright and open, with good food, excellent transport links, and very central to a range of activities.
Cons: Just staff awareness of functions that were happening in the hotel.
Location: With London centre just a short train ride away, the list of things to do are absolutely limitless. The hotel has excellent connections to buses.
I arrived the night before a business meeting, and found your resturant to be excellent with friendly staff and very good food at a surprisingly low rate. The next morning, however, I was unable to find any member of staff who was able to tell me where the conference I was attending was being held. I made inquiries over 30 minutes and one staff member actually tole me to try the 'other Sheradin'. In the end, a member of the public directed me to the correct suite. In the end, the room was excellent, the sound system good, the temperature perfect and I had a most enjoyable day.

Ok hotel for location but dated interiorPosted Aug 17, 2014
One night stay and would not stay here again other better hotels on same road to choose from ! Dated hotel and room interior No wifi in rooms it's extra cost ! No breakfast with a £125.00 room rate .... £25 per person extra ! Car park absolute rip off ! Pool area was closed ! Good things had a free upgrade ! But no breakfast included or wifi n the room ! Hotel chain of this brand name and in a location such has this needs a serious wake up call ! Will stay next time next door at the Marriott or radisson !

Sheraton Skyline Heathrow.Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Light, atmosphere, comfort.
Location: Overnight btw flights so did not lv hotel
I often stay over at Heathrow to break long flights n have tried several options. This is by far the best for me. Good gastropub food in bar, restaurant. Bright light and pool. Strange restrictions on eating hours but something good is always open. Breakfast is extra but am a fruit n yoghurt person so just wait for lunch to start. I paid for an extra night due to finger fumble in booking but otherwise v good choice. I will look no further.

Lovely hotel and so quiet.Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: It's cleanliness, the facilities and helpful, pleasant staff. Excellent rate of £15 to park overnight when flying the next day.
Cons: A dedicated cafe for afternoon tea would be lovely! Also possibility of being able to open the windows; just slightly claustrophobic in room.
Location: Didn't really explore - it was just lovely to stay around in the Hotel.
Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel beautifully clean and comfortable. The pool area very relaxing pre-flight!
