Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Room has a large TV with a docking speaker, handy for iPods (I was delighted as it ment we could play Xmas music!) plus a mini fridge with free juice, no alcohol, but coke, diet coke, sprite, water, still or sparkling and chocolate (what more go you want!) also a hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, towel like robes and slippers. Lovely place and would stay again. One thing, I highly recommend avoiding the hotel restaurant, was rubbish. Even though there was only one other person in the place when we was there, we had a long wait for drinks and the food was below average. The only reason we went was because we was extremely tired after our long day walking about but I recommend going somewhere else near by. Other than that, the hotel is fab.

Picked this hotel as we were going to a concert at the O2. The hotel was perfectly situated to this and a ride on the Emirates Cable car is a must the view is fantastic. On arrival at the hotel, which we were a couple of hours early before check in there was no problem in getting in to our room. The staff are amazing friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are excellent I had booked a twin room for my mum and me and we had two double beds which were really comfortable. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and the Dockalnds Light Railway is just around the corner for easy access into central London. Would highly recommend booking this hotel and if we are in the area again would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is close to the underground station and a 10 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall so was ideal for a concert visit.
Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and tidy (if a little cramped) but were fine for purpose.
We had previously stayed in the more expensive Millennium hotel down the road but now much prefer the Holiday Inn and will stay here for our next visit to a concert or days out in London.
