Location ideal

Pros: Location when landing at Heathrow - at Terminal 5- helpful if you do not have time to go
Cons: bathrobes in closet
The hotel's location was ideal for us making a connecting flight the next morning. We arrived mid- evening and were able to get settled and have a pleasant meal at one of the two restaurants opened until 10:30. We were not able to try out the breakfast as we had a mid morning flight out. The hotel staff were pleasant. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. We will definitely use this hotel again if we have to make a connecting flight from Heathrow and need to stay overnight.

Breakfast is good, rooms are small but clean and quite comfortable but very dark. Great if you only plan to stay overnight. Room service quality is poor and pricing high. Location quite ideal as you can walk to terminal 5

Pros: Location as part of a Terminal 5 and comfortable place to relax.
Cons: Services can be expensive
Location: Great place for the night before a flight from Terminal5

Best Airport hotel

We have stayed many times at The Sofitel at terminal 5 and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly, room service is good and the hotel always feels fresh, airy and clean yet homely. It is so convenient just 10 minutes walk to terminal 5 and the Heathrow express which only takes 15 minutes to the centre of London.

Luxe in Heathrow

This hotel is nothing like a typical airport hotel. It's beautiful, quiet and well appointed. We stayed 1 night since our plane arrived late at night and next plane departed early next morning, so staying within the airport was perfect.

Good business hotel at LHR terminal 5

This is an excellent business hotel, situated a short walk from Heathrow terminal 5. Check in was smooth; room was a large, high quality, room, as expected from a top-end business hotel. Food in the bar was excellent, if a little pricy.

Overnight Stay

Location: Very convenient for all Heathrow Terminals
Stayed for one night as I had an early flight from Terminal 3. Check in was smooth. Had a lovely dinner, we had the taster menu which was very mouthwatering and delicious in the French Restaurant at the hotel. The waiting staff remembered us from previous visits and the service was excellent. The wake up call was bang on time. My fiancé wasn't travelling with me so he drove me to Terminal 3 which took about 15 minutes and was able to return to the hotel to have breakfast (it was too early for me to eat) which I think was a lovely gesture.

poor service

Having previously booking a king size deluxe room when we got there this room had been reallocated and we were given a standard queen which was also a disabled access room so all the facilities where at a difficult height to use. We were told that the customer services would be in touch still not heard anything. Only good point of this hotel is it's location.
