Great stay in London.Posted Apr 20, 2015
Excellent hotel wit a helpful and attentive staff. Easy walk to Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parlaiment and the London Eye. The room was somewhat small, but we weren't there a lot. Far enough off the main streets to be quiet at night.

Nicht wirklich unzufrieden, aber...Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Die Lage. Ruhig aber doch mittendrin.
Cons: Die Preise senken!

Easter in LondonPosted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were courteous and helpful.
Cons: I wouldn't change a thing.
Location: A quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to major attractions, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and more.
We arrived Good Friday and were warmly welcomed by the concierge and reception staff. Even though we arrived prior to the scheduled check-in time, our room was ready and we were immediately able to drop our things off, freshen up and head to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the eye which were within walking distance. The grounds though small have beautiful landscaping and there is even a Bee Hotel on the third floor roof top garden area. The lobby is impressive and our room was elegantly furnished as well. The gentlemen at the concierge desk were very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory and Easter dinner at the Caxton Grill was outstanding. The neighborhood was quiet and safe (across the street from the New Scotland Yard). Entrance to the Underground was around the corner and the bus stops were equally close by. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful hotel and staffPosted Mar 12, 2015
The hotel was beautiful, the lobby was very classy, the staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. It was easy walking distance to a number of great locations -- 10 minutes from Westminster Abby, 15 min from Parlement and Big Ben, the War Museam, and half an hour from Trafalgar Square. An easy walk to Victoria Station as well. Numerous nice restaurants and pubs within 5-10 minutes walking distance, and staff was great with suggestions and directions. Truly a surprise and delight. Could not have been happier!!
