Double chargedPosted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: looked 4 star staff very friendly
Cons: not sure everything went well
Location: London sights very close.
I paid for this trip itinerary # 199419193617 in March. Arriving home and checking credit card, I was charged again for three days. Problem could be we arrived on June 24 instead of June 20 due to a problem with passport. I would appreciate it if you corrected this matter.

Good locationPosted Jul 1, 2015
Well, average experience - staff nice, room is average - bathroom is very small - you can sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time - yes, that's small.

Brilliant Location!Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: The outside area and the well trained staff.
We found the room and bathroom a little small but we were only there for one night so it was fine. The accomodation was very reasonably priced. I am sure if we had paid more our room would have reflected this. We had a very good nights sleep. There was a large choice of places to eat at all prices in the hotel and also in the surrounding area. The outside dining and relaxing area was lovely. All the staff were charming and helpful. The location for us was brilliant as we were near to 2 tube stations and all the sites of Westminster. We would definately stay there again.

The St. James' Court continues to improvePosted Jun 27, 2015
This hotel has upped its performance significantly over the past six months. The service is now exceptionally good. The range of restaurants and bars is unmatched by any other hotel of its size. I like especially Quilon, the high end Indian restaurant, and Kona, the newish spot that is embedded in the suite section of the facility. I now regularly recommend to friends that they stay at this well-located and affordable hotel.

Not worth the moneyPosted Jun 21, 2015
Cons: Rooms, cleanliness
Whilst the staff were very pleasant, the room itself was very poor considering it was over $A800 for 2 nights. The foyer of the level we were in was dirty and the carpet in poor condition as was the wallpaper. There were small cockroaches on the floor as well. The wallpaper in the room had been repaired with paint that didn't even match, the phone didn't work and the toilet required a minimum of 10 flushes to clear. I have stayed in places in the heart of London for less money that were far better in condition than this.

Great servicePosted May 17, 2015
Pros: Service quality, location, cleanliness.
Cons: some updates to rooms. Complex is a bit of a maze - finding the business centre was a bit difficult
Location: Very close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster &West End. Totally walkable to all the sights if you have time
Staff went above and beyond for our stay by setting up treats in the room and a piece of birthday cake.... Great location and good value for this type of hotel in London. Bathroom/furniture a bit dated but in good condition - Service really stood for out for us though.. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Hotel with Perfect LocationPosted May 15, 2015
Pros: Excellent staff and service
Location: Very well situated hotel, just few steps away from Buckingham Palace and centrally located to many tourist attractions.
St. James Court Hotel was an amazing experience. This was the first time we were visiting London and after long research we wanted to find a hotel in a place which was conveniently located to tourist areas. After much research we decided to go with this Taj hotel and couldn't have been happier. We had a wonderful time at the hotel, the room we got was King size which was very spacious and clean. The staff and service was simply excellent, very attentive and detailed service and the restaurants food choices was great, the staff even provided vegetarian options for us and the chef was very accommodating. Overall, extremely happy with the hotel and will certainly make this our destination for our future London travels.
