Great on a budget
Posted Jan 7, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: 5-10 mins walk to earls court exhibition centre and tube station.
Room was a little dirty, maid service could have been better but overall it was a friendly, tidy hotel for those on a budget or just staying a few nights. Staff were helpful and polite, small breakfast selection, not too noisy and not too expensive.

Very disappointing
Posted Jan 4, 2013
The man at reception was offhand when I checked in at 7.30 a.m. When I returned at 2 p.m. to go to my room, I had to carry my luggage up three flights of narrow stairs - I am in my late 50s. Although clean, the room was very small. The complimentary breakfast was woeful and the two staff members on duty were unfriendly and unhelpful. I walked out and had breakfast at a nearby bakery. The location of the hotel is all that is in it's favour. I would not stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY BELOW STANDARD 'HOTEL'
Posted Jan 27, 2013
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room not as specified and extremely poor hygiene. Lack of integrity of desk clerk.
Location: Close to Earls Court station
NIGHTMARE!..DO NOT GO THERE!! Arrived to find my double room was a box room with 2 single beds pushed together! Double sheet stretched straight on top of dirty stained mattresses. After complaining i was assured the bed would be changed etc.. I went out to dinner and arrived back with my wife to find the room untouched! Only the night porter on duty. Due to the lateness of the hour we were forced to spend an extremely uncomfortable and dirty night there. No sign of the staff in the morning to complain further. I would recommend a better night in a hostel for a quarter of the cost. Spent a considerable sum to be treated appallingly...NEVER AGAIN!

Great Location

The man who checked us in was rude, we had to wait a while before he came to see to us, even though he noticed us and walked past us several times. However, this is no reason not to stay here. The room was ok, breakfast was adequate. You get what you pay for and it was generally better than we could have hoped for, based on what we paid. The location is really good and it's easy to find.

Comfortable stay and reasonable for the price paid for a hotel near Earl's Court. Nothing special at all but did exactly what was required......provide a bed for the night !
