great locationPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Location and staff very pleasant and helpful
Cons: Stylish plumbing fixtures are hard to turn off with wet hands
Location: 1 block away from Trafalgar square and many theaters within 1-2 blocks. Piccadilly Circus is close by. Lots of high end shopping nearby.
Ultra modern and clean hotel right in the heart of London. Within a half mile to many major attractions and the theaters.

Excellent London westend hotelPosted Jun 18, 2015
Fantastic hotel! Can not fault the staff who were the friendliest we met in London. Would recommend a room on the 6th floor so you can get a view just over the rooftops for a London skyline at night. Hotel is easy walking distance to all the near by attractions and less than a minute to the nearest tube stations. mood lighting in the room is a nice touch!

Nice hotel. Nice location.Posted Jun 16, 2015
Three people sharing a room that was actually large enough for three people! That in itself is unusual and terrific. Great neighborhood with theaters and restaurants. The hotel restaurant menu looked good, but we didn't eat there. It looked too dark. Called down for coffee/tea facilities, and we got it very quickly, along with a small carton of milk -- very nice to have that much milk. There was enough for,tea in the evening and coffee the next morning.

hip hotel, great location!Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: well designed, modern interiors, great staff, great toiletries selection
Cons: all good
Location: close to Piccadilly Circus/Regent street/Jermyn street/Covent Garden etc - all within easy walking distance. Also Tube station close by.
second time staying in this hotel, the rooms are not large but very well appointed. The bed is very comfortable, and the design all over the hotel is hip and thoughtful

Excellent Central London Hotel—Super Comfy and HipPosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Location, ambiance of rooms
Cons: The bar is too loud, and the drinks too watery for what they cost.
Location: You can get super fast access to Covent Garden Market if you walk around the south side of the hotel and take the narrow Bedford Street.
We really loved St Martin's Lane. We were at first worried it might be a bit euro-trashy with the colored lights in the room photos online, but in reality you can turn those off. What you're left with is an amazingly comfortable hotel, that is bright, hip, and most of all full of very friendly staff. We'd stay here again in an instant!

Theatreland, just a great locationPosted May 31, 2015
Pros: Location and very friendly staff. Unexpectedly modern, and not traditional British with a good size room and great bathroom, with shower not in a bath
Cons: Name on the front of building so you knew you were there. Owner wants it incognito it seems. Automatic extension of WIFI to end of stay
We had a great few days here. It was so well located being in Theatreland, close to tube stations, nearby nice eating spots and right near Trafalgar Square with all its action. Wonderful room and staff.

Brilliant HotelPosted May 18, 2015
Hotel is located perfectly for a visit to the theatre, shopping in Covent Gardeb or Oxford street - no where is very far. Trafalgar Square is 5 mins walk away, as are many attractions. Hard to fault, was our second visit won't be the last.
