Pros: Through Air Canada Vacations.
Location: Within 2 blocks: Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, as well as several theatres.
Fabulous location - walking distance to many sites - vibrant neighbourhood - easy access to transit - one block from tube to Heathrow. Very clean and fresh - extremely comfortable. Excellent facilities. Free wifi is a very welcome new addition! Friendly and attentive staff.

We loved the hotel. Staff was nice, rooms are big and the decor is great. The only downside is the work being done on he lobby but we knew that beforehand. It didn't affect our stay at all. If you like a fun / modern hotel don't think twice.

Stunning modern hotel in the heart of the west end

Stayed at the St Martins Lane hotel during a weekend stay in London. Location is superb, positioned between Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Even though you're amongst the usual Lindon craziness and noise the hotel is calm, quiet and a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Hotel itself is very modern, which appeals to my wife and I, immaculately clean with beautiful hi-tech rooms. Didn't eat at the hotel as we like to enjoy eating out in London so can't comment on the restaurant. Would definitely return again and will be doing so soon!

Cons: Ja, es wäre hilfreich, wenn man auf die Umbauten und das geschlossene restaurant hingewiesen würde.
Location: Theaterdistrikt
Angenehmer service, leider Umbau des Eingangsbereich, daher keine schöne aufenthaltsqualität, Aufzug gesperrt, teilweise Wartezeit lang, da nur ein Aufzug und keine Treppe. Ebenfalls kein Restaurant im Moment. Hotel baw meiden

Pros: Decor
Cons: No tea and coffee facilities in room, expensive to order.
Location: Excellent
The hotel was undergoing re-furbishment that we had not been made aware off. Outside the hotel there was no sign to say that the accommodation was actually the hotel, we walked passed it a number of times before a conceirge came out and asked if we were looking for the hotel.

Stayed at St Martins Lane as it was really close to both the theatre and restaurant where we were eating. The reception was excellent, the room was great. Just a shame the bar was closed for refurb. I'd certainly stay at this hotel again.

Don't book until after renovations.

Pros: The room was quiet.
Cons: Honesty on booking.
Location: Book elsewhere for a full soho experience.
Though the people who work here are lovely and aspire to be very top notch, the hotel neither matches the images anymore, nor has any of the amenities in the form they show. Both the restaurant and the bar/lounge are closed for renovations until March - which means all you get is a room, and they are changing the design such that it isn't the original Starck product. Though I appreciated the people - it was a loss for me to stay there - a hotel with no features, just a room, and a gloomy sense of having missed out. Not the best show for the hotel or Expedia on this one. BEWARE.
