Nice accommodation close to Kings CrossPosted Apr 7, 2015
Rooms very small (had the terrace) but everything you need. Sink to wash up in. Toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, dishes, and plates for 2. Excellent location near Kings Cross and you can leave your bags in the corridor up until 8pm which saves lugging them round. Would definitely use again

Appartement très bien situé pour les transports. Cuisine bien équipée par contre salle de bain sans prise électrique. Dommage. Isolation des fenêtres à revoir... Bon séjour tout de même

Nice and airy studio apartmentPosted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The size of the room, clean, very well located near King Cross St. Pancras station.
Cons: The windows need blinds. A third floor without lift may be problematic for elderly people or just with the luggage.
Location: Very well located near King Cross St. Pancras station.
Very nice and clean studio apartment. The only drawback, on a third floor without lift.

Great Location, But you get what you pay for...Posted Apr 4, 2015
Pros: Great Location
Cons: Front desk staff not particularly helpful, mattress in bad shape and uncomfortable..
Location: British Library/British Museum/Eurostar and Trains (St Pancras International)
We stayed at the Cartwright apartments 7 nights, and the location was definitely the biggest "plus"-just a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras Tube andTrain Station and the British Library, making it very easy to get around London. Lots to see and do in the Bloomsbury area. The room was very clean, in good condition and quiet at night-much appreciated after full days of sightseeing. We upgraded to a larger room as the Standard Studios are very small. These are "budget" accomodations: no cleaning service/change of towels and linens, etc provided during our stay. If you need fresh towels or linens, or additional toiletries or supplies, the front desk will gladly provide them. Laundry and ironing facilities are in the basement of the apartments (no irons/ironing boards in rooms), and there is no charge to use the washers and dryers. The only real negatives for us were the condition of the beds-pretty "sunken" and uncomfortable-and the unfriendly and unhelpful front desk supervisor. Did not feel comfortable asking questions of the staff unless absolutely necessary.

Small room - no cleaningPosted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: Location near to St Pancras
Cons: Almost everything
Location: Near to St Pancras, so very good links and eating places
For the size of room, thought price was very high. Room was not made up during the stay, which again made price too high. Walls very thin and was very noisy.

Good locationPosted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: The location and the use of a kitchen.
Cons: Double glazing and some sort of net curtain as there were people walking past the window (no privacy).
Location: Nearby shopping centre.
I enjoyed my stay at Studios 2 Let. You are left to get on with it and can return to your apartment at any time without interrupting the hotel cleaning staff. The down side is their is only single glazing and I was in a basement studio near the entrance and could hear the suitcases rattling about and people leaving and entering the building. Also I think there was a baby elephant staying in the room above mine as I could hear them walking about early in the morning and late at night!

Great hotel... clean room, friendly staff and great location near the Piccadilly Metro Line. The rate was very cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms are very small, but otherwise we were very satisfied with our stay.
