The property is clean a big plus. However, the property is advertised as having cable but all the rooms have terrestrial channels only. Big minus as we planned to escape the children, eat, sleep and watch TV. The coffee machine did not work. A member of staff having attempted to fix it for 20min eventually replaced it. Which he should have done immediately to avoid infringing on our time. We were provided with only one bath towel. The menu for room service is extremely limited although the quality of food is good. We checked out one night early so also lost out financially (We have better amenities at home) Overall, the yacht is the selling point so glad we went it wasnt a 'celebratory' event though because of all the lack of attention to all the small details that would have made it a good experience for us.

Very different experience staying upon this boat hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms a little on the small side but adequate.

Christmas on the Sunborn
We booked this stay last minute, when our Christmas plans changed. We were able to book Christmas lunch and then decided to stay the night. The room (cabin) was luxurious with bathrobes, coffee machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

What a great venue! Right next to the exhibition centre where I was working. Rooms are a decent size Only slight downside was the bar, which struggled to keep up with the early evening rush

Quiet ,peaceful and beautiful
Great one night stay at a quieter location of London. Lovely rooms, bar, lounge and great breakfast. Would have been nice to have been served coffee/tea at breakfast rather than self serve, but other than that everything was great.

Room not ready at check in time (3pm) Plug sockets in room didn’t work. After numerous complaints verbally and in writing no acceptable response came. Won’t recommend or stay here again.

Did enjoy but with a few issues.
I took my sister here for her 50th birthday treat. We had a nice time. I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t get the twin room I asked for. I was told we could have that when I emailed to ask. The room was very clean but very hot and the air con didn’t work so they bought us 2 fans up which did really help. Also had to ask for more towels as was only left one. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Lovely room, but needed the balcony door open as it was so hot. I couldn’t seem to lower the setting on the air conditioning. Also the bathroom was very small and the the door closed automatically so you had to wedge it open to get air in. It meant when putting make up on it was practically melting off before you left the room. Finally the tv didn’t work, somethtto do with the aerial I believe.

I liked that it is a really cool looking yacht, it made for a memorable stay. I also liked the size of the room, bigger than expected, and the furnishings with a large bed. I also liked that it is an easy, short walk from Custom House station on the Elizabeth Line, handy when you have luggage, and being able to have a drink on deck. The food was good rather than spectacular but they're not asking spectacular prices. I'd seen it when attending shows at Excel and thought I'd like to stay there someday and it didn't disappoint. I thought it would cost a lot more, though it probably does when there's a show on. Overall I'd be very happy to stay there again.

A great location if you are visiting the 02 arena
The hotel has some beautiful features, the rooms really felt like being on a luxury cruise, however I was a little disappointed in that I had booked a 'twin room', only to find it was a bed and a pull out sofa. I would expect that from a budget hotel but not one of this price and calibre. Not a comfortable night for my son unfortunately. A great location if you are visiting the Excel or the 02 as close to Sky Cars and underground.
