Perfect but for the creeky floorsPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: Comfortable bed and rooms. Free minibar. Location.
Cons: Creeky floors.
Location: Location was excellent for shopping and also for transport by tube or bus. Nearby is Oxford Street. Tube. Hyde Park.
The location of this hotel is excellent and the rooms spacious and comfortable (I had a Deluxe room). I was impressed with the Sky box and channel selection, the complimentary drinks in the minibar and would certainly recommend staying here but the one thing that annoyed me was the loose creeky floorboards. I could hear other guests walking around in their room at all hours of the morning and people walking up and down the corridor also. As I'm a light sleeper, this seriously disrupted my sleep. But this is the only thing that meant the stay was not perfect.

Small premium hotel near Hyde ParkPosted Nov 17, 2013
I stayed in the hotel for three days during business trip. Pro's: - perfect location - walking distance from Paddington, two blocks to Oxford street and Hyde park - really nice stuff, very helping - comfortable spacious rooms which is unusual for central London Con's: - small facility - gym misses very essential stuff such as pull up bar, wall bars, incline bench, etc.

Great hotelPosted Nov 1, 2013
Cons: Nothing I that comes to mind.
Location: I found it to be easy walking distance from most things in central London. But if walking is not your thing it is close to good transit connections.
Wonderful hotel, a great location, amazing staff. It was an all round exceptional experience

Pros: Staff pleasant and helpful, suggesting places to visit and how to get there.
Cons: All great
We stayed at Arch London for 1 week and were very satisfied. It was in a good location, convenient to shopping and near tube stop. Personnel was very pleasant and helpful. Even had a recharging plug for our IPAD.

I'm a believer!Posted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: As above
Cons: It's all great. Please don't change a thing
Location: Hyde park, selfridges, Oxford street, bond street
I booked THE ARCH for it's location as the area around Mayfair,Oxford street,Bond street works for me. I saw the pictures on expedia at the time of booking, and my cynical self thought that "it can't be as good as it looks here but let's go with it". Well! This hotel has made me a believer once again. The rooms are fabulous - contemporary yet very comfortable, fresh and crisp.large comfortable beds, with all modern amenities perfectly in place. The staff is excellent and very well trained. Whoever is managing this hotel deserves a massive pat on their back. I stayed in this room called the 'abbey' which is in the basement (!!!) but it's really great.

Week in LondonPosted Sep 24, 2013
Highly recommend. Lovely room, quiet, great bed, beautiful bathroom, excellent location. Night maid checking every evening to see if we needed anything. All staff we interacted with were friendly & helpful. U.S. outlets so no adapter needed. They will do currency exchange. Have nothing negative to say. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff outstandingPosted Sep 16, 2013
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful Free WiFi
Location: Marble Arch tube line Oxford Street shopping Hyde Park
The Arch London was a short walk off the main street. Quiet place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. While the hotel itself is rather small in stature, the staff were extremely pleasant and always willing to assist. The hotel room was decent size and included free wifi which was a plus. On the premises is a restaurant and bar which were very nice. The hotel is close to the Marble Arch tube depot making it convenient to get around. There are a number of pubs in close proximity.

Stylish boutique hotel near Oxford StreetPosted Sep 12, 2013
The Arch is a superb hotel both for families and business travelers. It's stylish, comfortable and small enough so that the staff pays personal attention to the guests while the rooms are big and comfortable.
