“Relaxing location before traveling home”

Picked this hotel because of how close to LHR airport, flying out the next day. Excellent pool and locker rooms. Close to town, which has a street closed down of just shops. Many Pubs nearby to grab some food. Area was safe. Walked home after the pub closed and felt safe.

“Excellent all-in package”

We needed to spend a night near Heathrow in order to get a morning flight. The continental offered an all-in D, B & B package with free access to their pool and fitness suite. (Valentine's package). Everything worked a dream - it's a good pool (21m), excellent fitness suite, good room and good food with a free bottle of wine added in for Valentine's. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

“The warmest of welcomes in the heart of Hounslow”

Was totally mystified by other reviews that were negative...I had a great stay at this hotel. The high caliber of the staff might be illustrated by the question put by the manager to one of his staff on Thursday at noon, "What is the capital of Mongolia?" They are not just at the front desk to take your money and give you a key. They take a personal interest in the individuals that come in their door. Where guests come from and why they are visiting are important to make them feel more welcome. If I hadn't had a plane to catch, I would have been happy to stay longer.

“Pretty good hotel”

While having only two stops on the tube to go from Heathrow airport to get to the hotel was awesome, to get into London you have to ride the tube for at least 20 minutes. I love riding the subway, but if you want to avoid it as much as possible, I would not recommend this hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is nice. It's small and there's not very much, but there is a shopping center nearby with some restaurants and internet cafes. There's also an ASDA (Walmart) within walking distance and a few small grocers down the road, so that's pretty handy. The room service is great and all the staff is super nice. The free breakfast is a little lacking, but for four pounds more you can get scrambled eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns. The bar isn't much more expensive than the pub down the road and it's usually pretty empty. Like I said, if you don't mind riding the tube for a while, then this place is amazing!

“Looks like a boutique hotel”

Hotel is situated right across from the Day''s Inn in central Hounslow, a block away from the shopping area and from the Metro. Our cab driver at first could not spot the hotel from a distance because the name of the hotel was eclipsed by the name of the gym located within. At night it sported a less cheerful facade than the Day's Inn due to the subdued interior lights. But we were happy to discover that the rooms were very nicely appointed and very modern with flat screen TVs. However, carpets are not entirely streak free so would recommend bringing bedroom slippers as none are provided. Bathrobes are also not available.

“Indian town”

It is a good location for next day travel to the Heathrow airport. It is 45 min away from London by subway. Not very convenient but it is possible to handle if is not in a rush hour. It is safe to walk late night. The Hotel restaurant chef is good and the hotel staff is very friendly. It has a good gym to workout

“Good place to stay!”

Recently stayed at the hotel for about a week. Even though the surrounding area was a little run down, it had tons of character and the residents of the area very willing to help with directions etc we always felt safe.The hotel was great, quiet, small but clean and the price was reasonable. Only short train ride into London. The train station was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Minutes from Heathrow airport. The hotel and restaurant staff could not have been more gracious, they went out of their way our entire stay.Would definitely stay there again.
